Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn't leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. If I need a plumber again (and I'm sure I will) I'm calling Pink Plumbing.

I think Steve is cool, he asked me not to worry about this issue, and it is very common for him to fix this type of issue. I told him based on this phone conversation at 9pm at night, he already deserves a 5 in Yelp here.

He was very thorough and explained things to me multiple times as the plumbing world is very foreign to me. I felt he was very honest with what exactly needed to be done in order to fix the pipes that were leaking in the attic. During this time, I also had received other quotes that were astronomically high for the same amount of work that Stephen was going to be doing for me. He sent me the quote promptly the next day and answered additional questions I had before we agreed to the contract. When I went outside and my patio pavers were half floating in a swampy mess, it was just icing on the cake. I started popping up pavers and digging in the mud and with everything else going on, realized this was better handled by a professional, so I got up Yelp, since I've had so much luck finding good services that way. Being as this might be an emergency, I used "emergency plumbing" and Ascend Plumbing was one of the first highly rated results. I called and they came out almost immediately. Assessed the situation and asked if I wanted them to perform the repair. That alone showed a level of honesty rarely experienced with many services. So, I definitely opted for them to make the repair so I could focus on everything else that was on my overflowing plate for the day. They excavated, repaired, pressure tested the line filled back in, and cleaned up all in a couple hours. That is THE fastest service I've ever experienced from a plumber (most took days before they'd Even come out to look). Very professional, very courteous, very respectful of my property.
