There was first a heavy sales pitch for a membership, which I said kindly, and clearly that I wasn't interested in. They kept pushing to work on my face, which again, I was not interested in. After my service ... They forgot to take measurements which would have indicted something worked. No towel to drape over me while they went around room to room. There were two people in the room, the whole time which was unnecessary. Then after my service, there was more work to try and sell me on a membership. It was very unprofessional, awkward, and I will definitely not be back. The tech doing the work was very nice, the establishment was large and clean. I would not go back.

He really know his stuff. The exam room was comfortable and after changing into a gown, he started with a very thorough microdermabrasion followed by the mask. It was a weird sensation (really feels like pop rocks), but I only had a little bit of tingling but no discomfort. He then did some light therapy on top of the mask. I was very pleased with the results and he gave me a salon credit because the mask was cheaper than the laser treatment voucher. Steve and his staff are awesome! Felt very comfortable and they also provide massages, wax, laser hair removal, botox/fillers and a variety of facials (especially for people suffering from acne).
