The arrangement that was prepared was extremely small and sparse, consisting primarily of a single white lily, which was not what I requested or expected for the price. I contacted the owner, Nisha, and politely asked whether the arrangement could be adjusted or improved. Instead of resolving the issue, she laughed and canceled my order entirely. As a result, my mother received no flowers on her birthday. Afterward, I received multiple text messages from Nisha throughout the day that I found harassing and threatening, including threats of legal action after I expressed my dissatisfaction with her cruel actions and the scant size of the arrangement and stated that I planned to leave a review. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would caution others to be careful before ordering from this business. read more

I wasn't expecting any delivery and was suspect of the phone call asking, "Did you get your flowers?! They were left at your front door. I'll hold while you go check." Well, I don't normally use my front entrance, so it was good she called. To my pleasant surprise, there sat an exquisite bouquet of 18 long stem red roses. Before ending the call, the caller gave me tips for caring for the roses and the estimated time they should last. The glass vase is beautiful and substantial weight (10 inch tall, 5 inch diameter). It's been six days and the roses have begun to open up nicely. UPDATE: Unfortunately, half died before fully opening. No cut flower food packet was included. The bouquet was a gift so I don't know the cost; but I do know I truly appreciate the gifter for such a lovely gift. I will consider Florist24Hr.com for my future needs. read more

I am definitely not surprised by the low rating here. Stopped in to inquire about 10 arrangements for an event and she asked for a budget. I gave her the budget. She insisted she would take care of us, yet wanted to do it her way despite us telling her what our color scheme is. Again she insisted that she will work with our budget. By the following week she changed her mind and said she can't get us anything for our budget. It was so weird! It was like two different personalities lol. I think if she handed it correctly we could have worked together, but I didn't like her unprofessionalism and the two personalities thing. read more

Very friendly local florist. I got there right at 9 and they were open and ready to go. They only had one bouquet that wasn't in a vase. It was $20, pretty, and I was in a jam. The young lady helped me did a great job. Then an older lady, I assume the owner, came in and "double checked" it. She added a pretty blue ribbon bow over the bouquet. If I can give this place zero stars I would. My husband sent me flowers to my job and paid for a happy birthday balloon. Not only did I not receive the balloon he paid for but these overpriced flowers also did not come with flour food to preserve them. When I called the company to notify them the lady on the phone asked me why was I trying to start problems, did I just want to argue, it was not a big deal, and that the balloons always fly away. I am very disappointed in the customer service or lack of that I experienced. The lady made it seem as if it was my fault and was very arrogant . Our rose arrangement for our proposal was beautiful, however it died within around 4-5days. When we went to the shop today they said you don't add food, just change the water because it's in foam. We hadn't touched them until day 4 when I changed the water and added food, but they were already dying so this wouldn't be the cause of them wilting so fast. They were not near sun either. The shop did nothing to compensate or apologize, only made excuses and acted as if it was our fault, when they were already dying early before we even touched them. For the arrangement not including a vase and the length of time the flowers lasted, they were far too overpriced. Unfortunately won't return. read more

Worst service and quality ever. Owner was rude throughout entire process. We ordered flowers for a wedding and she kept promising she would "take care of us" at the same time criticizing our choice of flowers. The bouquet for the bride had wires sticking out that cut up her hand. The groom's bouttonniere had ripped leaves. The corsages had a ribbon that was not anywhere near the colors that were discussed and fell apart in less than 30 minutes into the ceremony. When brought to the the owner's attention she accused us of being "ungrateful" although we paid in full for her services. Terrible! My great grandma just passed away. We went on the website and saw beautiful arrangements. Called the shop because the yelp directions/map is a little off. It is now 5:15 pm on a Saturday and they supposedly are open today until 6. We called 15 min ago, a woman answered the phone and repeatedly said "We are doing an event right now, the shop is closed. Sorry." We tried asking if they will be open tomorrow but she just repeated herself "We are closed right now" and hung up. I'm glad I didn't order online because who knows if my arrangement would have even been delivered. Terrible service and neither myself or my family members (I was going to order multiple arrangements from all of us...well over $1k) will never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Rocio's flower shop on University. So friendly, very informative and the same arrangements we wanted from the other shop were prices better here. I went in and with the help of Nisha along with her staff I had what I needed (gorgeous by the way) and was on my way. They were very friendly, helpful and reassuring. STAY AWAY!! This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Both owners (Nisha and Babar) are disrespectful and treat customers like garbage. They sent me an additional bouquet of roses (which was their error) and requested I return it so they could "tidy it up and give it to another customer". When they came to my house to pick up the 2nd bouquet up, they were insulting and told me that I was not qualified or skilled enough to handle the stress of being a florist. After leaving my house, Nisha called me, insulted and threatened me that if I wrote a negative review she would bring me to court. She hung up on me and then proceeded to send me multiple text messages with threatening tones to them. Not to mention, the petals were already withering after just receiving them the day before. There are way too many florists in South Florida to choose from. I would never purchase anything from them again. read more
