After receiving my Official Home Inspection Report, I can say is I'm blown away with this company!…read moreSherry and Steve. As a first time homebuyer I was concerned about getting a home inspection and having the inspector potentially miss points in the home - that WOULD lead to potential issues involving both Time and Money. (No homeowner wants to move into surprise repairs after they think all is well, especially if they are hazardous after putting so much money down). I called Inspect-O-Graff and Sherry (who answers the phone whenever I call), answered my questions and reassured me I was in good hands stating Steve has 25 years of experience in construction (big bonus) in addition to being a home inspector and having hands on termite experience. She was right to convince me to go with them. Already feeling pretty good about my company choice I still wanted to meet with Steve personally at the home as I also previously inspected many aspects of the home and wanted to ensure nothing was missed. Literally Steve found soooo many things that I had overlooked! He openly listened to my concerns and went over each point. He also showed me some points to be aware of as the potential home owner. When his final report came in it was very comprehensive showing recommendations, also some things that needed to be addressed to pass the 4 point inspection and even found possible missed SAFETY ISSUES! Realize this home we are looking to purchase is a FLIP home picked up in September 2017 and on the market in December 2017- this means the previous home inspector (if they inspected) literally missed or overlooked safety issues he caught for us! When you are getting a home inspection, you want your inspector to have enough passion for his job to inspect a home as if he was going to purchase it himself - it is my opinion this is what he does.

I can't speak highly enough of Michael Bender at Bay Home Inspections. I've used many different…read moreinspectors over many different home types over the years, and can honestly say nobody provides the level of attention/detail & customer service as Michael. This is an inspector that will spend an an **entire day** working on a house, providing a level of detail that will allow a buyer to make a fully educated/informed decision- all for a very fair price. For reference, on the current home we have under contract we received the prior buyer's inspection as a reference. It had about a paragraph of notes- no red flags. Michael found, photographed & described about 20 additional items that were entirely omitted form the other inspector's report. This was crucial information we were able to show the seller, who had no choice but to agree to resolve as it was so clearly identified. Michael doesn't just provide a report of what's wrong- it's what's wrong, here's how serious it is, here's the solution- in simple English (not contractor jargon). Michael is available via text/call/email around the clock, and his personal desire to fully satisfy his clients is truly incredible. Call Michael! No other inspector will have you feeling this comfortable with one of the biggest decisions of your life.
