From the moment Michael stepped foot into the house we are purchasing, it was evident that he possessed an unparalleled level of knowledge and experience in his field. His thoroughness in examining every nook and cranny of the property was simply remarkable. Not only did he identify numerous hidden issues that the seller had attempted to conceal on the first house he inspected, but he also saved us an estimated $200,000 worth of potential repairs that could have burdened us down the line. His ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner was immensely helpful and greatly contributed to our understanding of the property's condition. Michael's expertise provided us with a solid foundation upon which we were able to make an informed decision about our home purchase. Furthermore, I must commend Michael's wife for her invaluable support during the inspection process. Her professionalism and organization were evident from the very beginning, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation were in order. We can't say enough good things about Michael and Bay Home Inspections! This is our fourth inspection since moving to Florida, and we've used them for our personal homes and rental properties. They pay close attention to detail and the inspections they've done for us are complete and very thorough. Both Michael and his wife are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they're looking at and the results of the inspection even before they leave the house. Not only do you see the report and pictures, but you also see he actual issues in person. He doesn't try to scare you out of buying a specific property, rather he gives an honest evaluation. We value Michael's advice and suggestions on home maintenance - what to do and what to be watching for. You can't go wrong with this company! read more

My experience with home inspectors has been horrible. I pay a few hundred dollars and get a report that says hot water is running, caulk this or that, a drain plug is missing etc. When i ask if they found a leak that was known they reply with no we didn't, it wasn't raining. Bottomline i've found them to be a joke. Bay Home Inspetions is TOTALLY different! They showed me areas of concern in terms of what i should do going forward and things that i shouldn't be concerned about. what they did do is show me materail things that i should know about and rightfully have the seller address. Honestly the cost a bit more but are worth it. Oh! Also, they are VERY responsive. I had an issue come up and they got up early on the weekend to address it. I reccomend them! read more
