100% TERRIBLE!! Worst customer service ever! haven't received a bill in two months and can't get my account number from them to set up my account online. The lady hung up on me when I was trying to give her the meter number to look it up because she can't find it with my name and address. multiple people have told me they have held their bills and charged enormous late fees. This is a joke. In my neighborhood people are on 911 call list but FPU is not urgent to help. Sunday several hours no power 113degrees in home and could see a flashing light on a pole but 4 hrs later no help. It is not the company it is the employees. Go eat first. Run by the house first. They do for them not the people that are suffering. Maybe this company will be taken over by a real company that cares about their customers. read more
