This company is horrible. If I could give -10 stars, I would because Gordy does not deserve one…read morestar. They do not answer calls for repairs or issues with the property. Ashley is very condescending. They send some weirdo out to properties to photograph, without contacting tenants. He's just outside in his car taking pics in the yard. There were issues with two applications and neither was addressed or repaired. She sends endly texts and emails about absolute nonsense. She fails to respond to calls regarding valid concerns. Last month with the low temps pipes froze, even with water running from every fixture. She never returned calls to resolve the issue. We had to just want for the pipes to thaw. She also states that if the pipes freeze the tenants are responsible for repairs. Rental fees are paid through an online service or through Walmart. She changed the portal server the end of last year. Rent was deducted from the previous and new payment portals. The cost of rent is high enough without paying double. It took more than two weeks for the refund, however, she charges tentants a late fee by the 3rd or 4th of the month. Ashley does nothing to manage unless it enriches her pocket.

After 90 contacts and other homes as well at these all time low prices I've seen since I rented in the 90's early 2000years!! Now Now all of a sudden I'm getting this one message that THREW ME way up in the air. Told me that there will be No Discussion over the phone about any information about rental properties and my information. Now let's say this then- But it is completely LEGAL to TEXT ANY AND ALL OF MY LIFES INFORMATION THROUGH A TEXT MESSAGE??!! NO NO NO!!!!! If you can't speak to me on the phone due to privacy reasons then why in GODS NAME would you have me MESSAGE it and not knowing WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH LEGALLY!!?? I've cried I've sent out as much as I can and yes I'm disabled and I DAMN WELL DONT APPRECIATE PEOPLE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME for if some knew my bank information and what I get it would be a SHAME to go around gathering such off of us, then when I get upset inside and let the hurt come out even spiritually, then she wants to leave me a voicemail that I said they, Now who is they at this point AGAIN!!?? The one place in ALFORD FLORIDA is a 4 bedroom can't stop typing I'll lose the Review but I believe it's 2 and 1/2; bathrooms. Not precise please. But I've not asked one time about this one except back in August of 2025. It was too too far out for me. Beautiful and I mean Beautiful place. Once I share the information here please go look at the price was phenomenal for such a Beautiful home to rent. But had been not for me being Terminal iny health I'm a country gal and LOVE places like that one so far out so peaceful, but once again NO COMMUNICATION Then at last we come back to the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom beautiful way smaller but comfortable is how I am. I love big and beautiful but I'm NOT PICKY and I'm NOT OUT TO HURT NO ONE!! I wont and can't get into why I've been trying to relocate to a more place like I'd found In Grand Ridge Florida, but now I can say it cause I won't be renting it cause of what they have done to me!
