I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

Recently closed on a house they did two wdo inspections and cleared the home of wdo's. First day we…read moremoved in we noticed the home had a massive infestation of carpenter ants. We have had to rip out an entire wall and spent more money on pest control and lawn services to clear out any possible nests surrounding the house. Very upset this wasn't caught during the inspection. There were several dead ones in the garage as well so not sure how this was missed. The pest control we hired knew immediately from 1 photo they were carpenter ants. You can even hear them chewing in the walls!!
