It was in FAR worse condition and even had a different serial number. I called to attempt to return the piece. Spoke with the Manager who told me that he couldn't authorize the return and only the owner could authorize that. When questioned when to try to contact the owner he replied, "Who knows......It's hunting season.". I asked to have him return my call when he was available. This did not happen. I attempted to call on several other occasions, and Arlen (owner) was not there. I was forced to dispute it on my credit card, and am currently in the second month of doing that. He made it easy for me to understand lol Then I had issues with my new firearm and asked him for help. The three men and the lady who work there were very helpful. I could go to Reload in Tarpon Springs which is more modern but they make you jump through hoops now for pistols after the suicide incident in 2016. I usually go to Shooting Sports in Tampa but they have become very crowded/busy in the last few years which is a good thing. I like Firing Line. You sign in, pay, go in.
