When I arrived to pick up my order, the greeter, **Sarai**, was unfriendly, rude, and not welcoming at all. She asked for payment but wouldn't even move to receive it. When I asked for my food, she simply gestured with her eyes toward where I had to go instead of assisting me. I asked to speak with the person in charge and was denied. When another employee was willing to help me, Sarai told her not to assist me. I have never been treated in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner. I don't want to believe that this was racially motivated, but the way I was treated was unacceptable and deeply upsetting. It's unfortunate because the food has always been excellent, but service like this makes it difficult to return.

Also we just tried the Carne Guisada and it's as good as everything else!! Very tender meat with a rich gravy served with rice and tortillas (which I love because they are obviously made fresh)!!
