Ashley was organized, communicative, calm, and incredibly collaborative throughout the entire day. As a photographer, I especially appreciate a planner who keeps the timeline moving while still giving the couple room to actually enjoy their wedding--and Ashley did that beautifully. She communicated clearly with the entire vendor team, handled the many moving pieces behind the scenes, and helped create a day that felt relaxed rather than rushed. Most importantly, Lindsay and Mason were able to be fully present and enjoy themselves, which says a great deal about the work happening behind the scenes. I would happily work with Ashley and First Pick Planning again and would absolutely recommend her to couples looking for a thoughtful, experienced, and genuinely lovely planner.

Beverly went above and beyond my expectations! The ribbon, green leaves, and little diamonds I had in my bouquet that she put together give it the perfect amount of pop that I wanted. I will cherish this forever. I highly recommend you get your floral preservation done by the amazing Beverly!

I LOVE florals - and if you love florals too, I highly recommend booking another florist for your…read morewedding day. We really tried to give patience and grace however she crossed many lines the week of our wedding. Jennifer's professionalism and communication was not there: -She would take longer than two days to get back to us the week of the wedding for urgent questions and claimed that she is "too busy" - but she had enough time to post pictures of the flowers she bought for our wedding, as well as repost Taylor Swift's engagement on Instagram. Lady, you have time -Our first look photos were 2 hours before our church ceremony, and she said that she would not be able to deliver the bouquet and boutonnieres up to Inland Empire. She wanted me to ask our photographer who is local to OC bring the flowers - which is not his job. I ended up picking up the flowers the day before, had followed all instructions that she provided, and the flowers were not in good condition the morning of our wedding day. -I had told her multiple times that my family member would be making boutonnieres for the aunts/uncles which she okay'd. Before the evening reception, she threatened to take all of the flowers away because it was "breaching contract" and that my family was not allowed to make their own boutonnières. After we had showed her screenshots of the email exchange of our agreement, she backed off. -I had created a visual mockup of how we wanted our sweetheart table to look (flower meadow along with a sign of our last names). the day of, she took creative liberty and when told that the sweetheart table was not what I had specified, she said that "this is what the bride had wanted". After physically adjusting the sweetheart table myself during the room reveal, she finally adjusted things similar to the original mockup that i created for her, during cocktail hour. -during my husband and I's room reveal and private vow exchange, she lingered the whole time not to adjust the sweetheart table, but to take photos of us for her social media. it made us extremely uncomfortable and we had to ask staff to have her leave. -she delayed the time that our guests were allowed to enter the reception, because she was taking social media photos and videos for her personal use. -she had promised to have another boutonniere ready for my husband at the reception so that it would look fresh for reception photos - when we had asked her at the reception where the boutonniere was, she said that she "forgot to make one". My husband's best man was kind enough to give him his boutonnière instead. She came back after saying that she will make my husband's bout, but will not be making one for the best man that gave his bout away.

We had the most wonderful experience with Judy from start to finish. She listened to every single request and idea, worked thru several changes, accommodated and was pliable with our budget and put up with any of our nerves and craziness with grace and a smile. Our flowers were STUNNING. I am flower lover and a total flower snob. My expectations and standard were very very high and I am super picky about details. Judy delivered. We were WOWED when we saw the ceremony set up and even more WOWED when we saw our tables at the reception. Everything was exquisite and everyone commented on how beautiful the florals were. We had a specific pallet and idea in mind and Judy made it happen without breaking a sweat, blending her knowledge of the venue and expertise with our vision. I consider myself a tough and discerning client and I can recommend Judy and her team with total confidence. She made our wedding spectacular and totally gorgeous.
