I would never order from them again and advise anybody else to look for a more professional , reliable company before parting with your money as my experience has been a complete shambles!!!

I called almost 90 times wanting a solution, When I did finally speak to Dimitri he did not offer a single solution to this problem, his attitude and communication was awful and terminated the call. To compound matters the police were also involved as I refused to let them leave the complex until I was given a solution. Awful, avoid at all costs.

Went through 6 months of trying to get it resolved to be offered to purchase more laminate at cost price to replace, that's at our cost plus a fitter cost. Independent Ombudsman concluded it was a localised issue (sun) which we knew and said they would advise Tapi to be more careful about the use of UV resistance. In no way helps us. Complained on Facebook and Tapi just removed the comments. Shocking behaviour and will never shop there again. Would advise everyone to avoid.
