To compound matters the police were also involved as I refused to let them leave the complex until I was given a solution. Awful, avoid at all costs.

First he did the tiles parallel even though we had agreed brick pattern, which is fine. However, he started rushing through the job not using tile crosses which made the brick pattern into an optical illusion. The lines are uneven thick and thin, the bricks were scratched and even has cracks in them. He advised that this was due to the uneven wall, however he never warned us that this was an issue but continued tiling. The job was not finished and he left the flat without a word leaving bin bags and personal belongings. I have tried reaching out, without any answers. Due to his job, we will need to pay £5k extra to recover walls and retiling.
