I've had a terrible experience with Andy and Trade Carpets. Andy came to our house over 2 weeks ago to measure up as we're doing a renovation (looking to carpet 5 bedrooms, 2 lots of stairs and hallways so not a small job!). I have chased them the past two weeks to follow up and get a quote. After 2 phone calls today, I was told by Linda his colleague that they would email me a quote this evening. I received an email saying that they don't have any available time to install carpets within the next two weeks. They knew the date that we wanted carpets fitted before coming to measure up over 2 weeks ago and assured us that they could supply us the carpets we wanted and do the date we suggested! I have 3 small children a 4 year old, 2 year old and a 15 week baby and would have appreciated them being honest with me 2 weeks ago saying that they couldn't fit carpets in a months time. I also think that the least they could have done was give me a call to explain that they couldn't fit carpets for us rather than fob me off with an email, so rude! Do not use this company if you want someone reliable. read more

Andy asisted me in his impressive showroom in finding the perfect product and colour to totally transform my home. The day of the installation the team were very professional and the fitting was exceptional leaving my house tidy. I will look forward to using this company again in the future. read more
