Went through 6 months of trying to get it resolved to be offered to purchase more laminate at cost price to replace, that's at our cost plus a fitter cost. Independent Ombudsman concluded it was a localised issue (sun) which we knew and said they would advise Tapi to be more careful about the use of UV resistance. In no way helps us. Complained on Facebook and Tapi just removed the comments. Shocking behaviour and will never shop there again. Would advise everyone to avoid.

Clearly this company doesn't need new business…read more I am restoring an old property and ordered a number of samples which Tapi dispatched via Evri (red flag number 1 there). 3 weeks later they were still marked as "in transit" and Evri stated "slightly delay". I contacted Tapi and got no response. Message heard loud and clear. I'll take my business elsewhere.
