I had just painted my walls and baseboards and was highly concerned these would be damaged during the installation. Of course, there are no guarantees that unintentional damage might occur. Stacy has worked with Profix Services for over 20 years and had nothing but good things to say about the owner Carlos Hernandez who did the installation. Carlos was also knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After the installation, not one ding or scuff to be noted. My home looks beautiful with new carpet! Thank you GCO Flooring Outlet and Profix Services!!

This truly was fantastic experience and I enjoyed working with Stacy. There were so many choices and she gave me so many ideas. I am still trying to decide what I will do for my new home. I may hire their designer to come out and give me some styling ideas and bring out samples. I felt the value and pricing were very fair. The outlet is very large and really nice and clean. Working with Stacy was a dream. She cares about her customers and is so lovely to work with. This has been a 5 Star Customer Service experience working with Stacy and GCO flooring and Carpet Outlet in Reno. I can't wait to see what I choose. I will add to my review in the near future. Design decisions take time. Julie A

Our floors turned out great, but it was kind of a mixed bag of an experience…read more THE GOOD: The flooring selection process: Cory was friendly and helpful and I got what I needed at the show room in under 30 mins. The measure: the turnaround time between my show room visit and the in-home measure was extremely fast. Jason also sent us the quote really quickly. The installation: we got both carpet and hard flooring. Brian (hard floors) gets a 5 star. Work quality was amazing, and he meticulously cleaned up after himself every day so there wasn't a speckle of dust left behind the whole time he was here. He got the work done faster than anticipated and instead of cutting out early every day, he just kept going. Steve (carpet) was also great. He found a defect in our carpet and could've taken the easy route and installed it without saying anything, but he made sure we knew about it and had a say in the matter. Once the new carpet arrived, he got the work done really quickly. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: The scheduling: we were scheduled for demolition the day after thanksgiving but had a no-call no-show. We couldn't get that resolved for a few days because they were closed longer than usual due to the holiday. It would've helped if someone called to confirm the appointment before everyone went out of office. No explanation was given, so no idea what happened. The demolition: Jason rescheduled the demo asap, but the crew didn't vacuum or do any meaningful cleanup. In fact, the installers were surprised at the mess they left behind. Also, we were supposed to paint our floors with Kilz in between the demo and installation but the demo guys already put down carpet tacks, so we had to spend time removing those ourselves so that we can paint. There were lots of loose nails and debris on the floor from the demo so it was not an easy job. The lack of attention to details caused some non-value-add work for everyone. The flooring: it doesn't seem like Full Circle does a QA check on their materials before sending it out to the work site. We were surprised that no one caught the defect in our carpet until Steve was about to install it. This caused a delay in our timeline, which is a pretty big inconvenience when you have to temporarily vacate your home to accommodate the demo/installation. We had other contractors lined up, which also had to be rescheduled. Also, the spare nosing they ordered for Brian was broken. Thankfully, he was meticulous enough that he didn't need them, but there was no margin for error. Imagine the added delay if that wasn't the case... In the end, our floors did end up looking really great so Full Circle gets a 4 star. The hassle we experienced might cause us to consider other contractors in the future, though.

This is a Veteran owned local family business. Initial went to a box store out of convenience, but…read morethey said it would take 3-4 weeks to get it installed on their advertised 72hr install. Not liking this I asked a family friend who he uses for his rental properties. He recommended these guys and I'm glad he did. I got a quote the next day, and I live way out of town slightly past Spanish Springs. Their prices are better then the box store and they were knowledgeable on what would look good and work best for a rental. Never did they try to up sale which was nice! Next best thing is they showed up when they said they would and did a really good job. Can't even tell anyone was here as there was zero mess. I will be doing business with only this company in the future.

This place is amazing. Not only are they competitive in pricing, they are knowledgeable in there products and help guide you to the right choice for your needs. They came to my home with samples. Helped me pick the right style and beat all the competitors pricing, including Costco. FYI they sell the same flooring as Costco, very good quality material. I just for reference, I stopped by at 11am on a Thursday, they were at my house at 1130 and ready to install the next day. Locally owned and operated. Great people!!!!! Great products!!!!! Great prices!!!!!

We contacted Master Floors and Santos and his colleague came and did a miracle install. They moved all the furniture, stripped the carpets and discarded them. Then they installed the laminate we had selected and put all the furniture back. Truly a wonderful install job. Definitely would recommend these two to anyone who is looking to install new laminate flooring.

Krystal Stave 17…read morereviews·13 photos - 3 stars only for the floors looking decent. We contacted Master Floors in May to do our entire house. Santos didn't measure anything with a tape measure or laser, just did it in his head and gave us a quote. - We went to his office and met Charlie his office manager. Charlie informed us that they had an installation the next day but the customers were going to be mad because he forgot to order the floors. Still we were dumb enough to put the 50% down. Our floors went on backorder. July 7th Charlie called and put us on the on schedule for Aug 16th. Called in Aug asking when they would be out and he said "What makes you think we are installing on Aug 16th?" I was flabbergasted to say the least. Charlie admitted he was very forgetful and apologized. - New appt scheduled for Sep 13. They gave $1000 discount on labor supposedly for this mistake. Their billing system is very strange, You pay in different parts and it is very confusing. He didn't prepare and bring a trailer for the demo trash. He just dumped it in our driveway. Santos said he would pick up the garbage the next day but he never showed. Becoming increasingly anxious I called office manager asked if it was normal for the workers to only work 4 hours a day. She said yes it was which makes no sense if we were the only job that week. Told her to tell him to pick up garbage. Santos admitted he was doing other jobs during our installation. After I complained they stayed longer to work our renovation. He came the next day to pick up garbage then whined and complained about freeway traffic and having to wait in line at the dump! So unprofessional. We were paying for demo and disposal! 3rd day of installation found out that he never put our small front bathroom in the invoice. We completely missed that he didn't include it on the estimate. We showed him said bathroom 2 times and repeatedly said we were doing the WHOLE house. He stated it was a miscommunication and thought we wanted that bathroom left alone which again, makes no sense. Santos wouldn't take any accountability for forgetting to put the bathroom on the estimate and put the blame on us. They did the kitchen leaving gaps all around the counters because he had not prepared for that and he had no quarter round to fix it. In the small bathroom supposedly HE KNEW HE WASN'T DOING IT but had no transition between the tile and LVP so there is a ledge there now. He kept saying he would get some quarter round and kept "forgetting" He was supposed to meet us at noon on 3rd day to discuss the bathroom situation. Showed up at 4pm with no apology and ignored us and started working and played dumb when my husband confronted him said "I specifically showed you that bathroom, we told you repeatedly to do the entire house." There are many dings and scrapes on new house paint job by the crew not being careful while moving furniture around. We just paid 7 grand to paint the house so that was another disappointment. The floors look nice and his workers work hard and fast but the renovation was extremely upsetting. We read 5 star reviews on Google and decided to hire him on that but I promise you this is NOT the same guy in the reviews. We felt we were just an annoyance to him the entire project. Huge communication problems with him and his prior office manager Charlie. His new office manager is SO much better. I don't think I could have gotten through this without her. She was very kind. The impression I got of Santos is that he makes excuses, is extremely scattered, doesn't communicate well and "forgets" when it suits him which seems to be a theme with this company. I would really think twice if you are considering him to do your floors. He is only concerned about doing you job as fast as he possibly can so he can work other jobs in conjunction with yours and moving onto the next. He started fixing things but only after my contractor brother in law came over and inspected the floor and parts were too tight which can lead to buckling and floor failure and to make sure he did all the finish work he was going to leave.

I noticed right off Juan's tool box was a big vintage all metal which told me this guy has been doing maintenance for a long time & is quite likely experienced. Turns out Juan has been employed by Flooring Solutions for 20 years. My apt is likely considered "small potatoes", it required 12' x 16' square feet of padding & carpet PLUS the job required two transitions - New Carpet to Linoleum & New Carpet to Old Carpet in the bedroom. Small jobs like my apt often get the inexperienced workers, not so with Flooring Solutions. Lucky MEeee, to get an experienced lead man who went about his work in a professional business like & efficient manner - no wasted motions. Carpet was snugged up into every corner & along the walls - no exceptions. The transition between the new carpet & the old carpet in the bedroom was melded together as though it was one piece of carpet. The rubber transition bar between the new carpet & linoleum in the hallway was installed, RIGHT. Flooring Solutions is the business that did the big commercial job of installing new padding & carpet in the building where I live, 3 floor, 3 hallways, each 370' + 3 flights of stairs at both ends of the building + common areas on the ground floor. Flooring Solutions did the same professional job of installing carpet in my "small potatoes" apt as they did on the big commercial job in our building. I'm supremely pleased with the work done in my apt & highly recommend Flooring Solutions for your flooring needs.
