I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Ray and his entire team! From our very first…read moremeeting, Ray was incredibly warm, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we were completely happy with every decision we made. When we were choosing our hardwood and carpet, he encouraged us to take samples home and really live with them before making a decision. We actually kept some of the samples for a few weeks, and there was never any pressure or constant follow-up from him. He told us that making a change like this takes time to get used to and that he wanted us to be 100% sure we loved what we chose before moving forward. That really speaks to the kind of person and business owner he is--he cared much more about us being happy with the end result than rushing us into a decision. Once we decided to move forward, the entire process was just as wonderful. Every single person we interacted with--from the hardwood delivery to the hardwood installers, the carpet installer, and finally Ray coming back for the final inspection--was professional, efficient, respectful, and fantastic to work with. My dad has extremely high standards when it comes to work being done in our home, and even he could not have been happier with the quality of the work and how smoothly everything went! Our upstairs looks absolutely beautiful, and we are SO happy with how everything turned out. But beyond the beautiful floors, what really made the experience special was Ray himself. By the end of the project, we genuinely felt like he had become part of the family. He is just such a kind, trustworthy, genuine person, and you can tell how much pride he takes in his work and in taking care of his customers. We have already been recommending Ray to everyone we know, and we will absolutely use him again for any future flooring projects. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your home, I truly could not recommend Ray and his team more highly. An amazing experience from beginning to end!

From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional, exceeding my expectations in every way. The quality of the craftsmanship speaks volumes, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Danny's Flooring Service. Shane Wilkerson, my sales representative, was great throughout the entire process. His knowledge of hardwood flooring options and his keen eye for detail made selecting the perfect style and finish for my home an enjoyable experience. He patiently walked me through various choices, explaining the pros and cons of each option and helping me envision how they would look in my home. Shane's expertise and genuine enthusiasm for his work made it clear that I was in good hands. He made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring that I felt confident in my selections. Quotes were provided for both hardwood flooring and luxury vinyl plank (LVP). There were no high pressure selling tactics used and as a result I was comfortable in my purchasing decision. The installation team from Danny's Flooring Service was equally impressive. They arrived promptly at 8AM on the scheduled date and worked diligently to transform the upper floor over the two day installation. The crew was not only highly skilled but also respectful of my home and belongings. They took the time to move furniture & personal items, prep the area meticulously, and it was evident that they were dedicated to delivering top-notch workmanship. The attention to detail they demonstrated was remarkable; from aligning the planks perfectly to finishing the trim with precision, every aspect of the installation was executed flawlessly. What truly stood out to me was the commitment to customer satisfaction that Danny's Flooring Service embodies. Throughout the installation process, both Shane and the team were easily reachable, checking in with me to ensure I was happy with the progress. They welcomed feedback and made adjustments as needed, demonstrating their dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for the project. It was reassuring to know that I could trust them to address any concerns promptly. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Danny's Flooring Service to anyone considering hardwood flooring or LVP installation. We were stuck in limbo after a previous flooring company botched the front half of our home's…read morefloors. Instead of fixing the problem, their crew walked away, leaving me with a huge mess--darkish orange floors, sanding debris everywhere, orange-stained baseboards, furniture crammed on one side of the house, and even a $715 furniture moving fee. Then Rudy from Kustom Flooring stepped in and delivered everything they promised--and more. Rudy, along with his brother Jimmy and the crew, showed up every morning and worked tirelessly all day. They placed felt pads on our furniture, moved everything into our garage for a very reasonable fee, and then moved everything back afterward. They also protected our entire space: every entry, our 20-foot foyer, and every light fixture and wall hanging were covered with plastic to keep any sanding dust from escaping their dustless sanding systems. Once the dustless sanding was finished, Rudy and Jimmy walked us through our options for staining versus unstaining. We chose unstained floors, sealed with one coat of Bona Clear and two coats of Bona Traffic HD. By the time they were done, we had gorgeous floors that completely transformed our home. I expected to need a cleaning service once the job was finished, but Jimmy and his team handled everything. They cleaned our entire space--vacuuming even the curved staircase and upstairs hallway--so when they were done, there was no dust left behind. We've had quite a few projects on our home, and while most have been very positive, we've never had anyone like Jimmy--he takes real pride in his workmanship and genuinely cares about his clients. Because my husband's chronic illness has made us overlook some small issues around the house, Jimmy stepped in without being asked: he replaced a broken doorstop, repaired a damaged light fixture, and even changed the lightbulbs in our pantry. The difference between Jimmy's crew and the previous flooring company's workers is striking--not just in quality, but in attitude. They were happy to be there, played music, and always had big smiles. That culture clearly starts at the top, and it shows in how Kustom treats their employees. Kustom Flooring deserves a thousand stars.
