The sign of an honest merchant is when they suggest things that do not profit them. For example, on Farmington Road, when we bought the property, there was newer carpet that was all wrinkled up. I was going to replace it but Reza said he could re-stretch it and remove the wrinkles, which he did and it looked great. A lesser merchant would have simply sold me new carpeting. Years later, when the carpet DID need to be replaced (tenant with a dog) he did the whole house for a very reasonable amount. We have a condo in Alexandria and the parquet flooring was looking sad. I asked Reza for a quote on carpeting the place and his reaction was "what's wrong with parquet flooring?" Again, a lesser merchant would have immediately tried to upsell me. But we decided to carpet and they just completed (today) the job, in less than four hours and it looks great and was very, very reasonable. The world needs more people like Reza, that's for sure!

I popped in to the store one day and picked out carpet and Reza came the next day and did all the measurements. I decided to add slate tile to my front entrance and Reza was a huge help figuring out what would work best coordinating with the new carpet. All of the four workers who came to the house were wearing masks and gloves. They were professional but warm and did a wonderful job. I will be stopping by soon to discuss new windows. Justin was right on time for our appointment and I enjoyed our chat. I had 3 very large handmade wool rugs to be cleaned and he measured them all and gave me a price for each rug. At $1.25 per square foot including pick up and delivery, I was very happy that my beautiful rigs would be fresh and clean and I would not have to spend an extraordinary amount of money to do it. The following week, a Midland Floor Care team came out and picked up my rugs, both young men were personable and professional. Very nice to deal with. My rugs are taking slightly longer than the usual time to process, but the important thing from a customers service prospective is that Justin is very prompt about replying to phone calls and texts, so I know exactly where things stand. Communication is often missing from customer service these days, but Justin is excellent. It has been a pleasure doing business with him.
