This review is for Suzana Sefevoric, designer at Floor And Decor in Memphis, TN. Late December 2022 we began to shop around for tile for our main bathroom renovation. After seeing the wide variety of tile there, we made an appointment to meet with their in-store designer, and by chance, Suzana was on duty. We recommend Suzana to everyone... 1. She is a good listener & asked follow-up questions to understand what we wanted. 2. She explained the design process and what could expect from her. 3. We showed photos of bathrooms we liked so she could see what our taste was & the vibe we were looking to create. 4. Based upon all that, Sue took us to several patterns of tile she thought might work for us. That was most helpful because Floor And Decor has such a huge amount of tile that it's overwhelming to know where to start. 5. When we got stuck, Sue made suggestions based upon her product knowledge which helped us make informed decisions. 6. Within an hour, we were able to choose our tile! 7. A few weeks later, I changed my mind about our shower floor tile. We made another appt with Suzana, and after explaining my reasoning for the change, Sue took us to 4 other tile patterns & we found exactly what we wanted. Our reno is nearly complete and our tile choices were just what we had hoped for...beautiful! THANK YOU SUZANA SEFEVORIC read more

Came in here to get tile for a bathroom remodel. Understand, I have no idea what I am doing, not very handy. So, I go to the 'pro' desk and talk to Amber. She was awesome! She answered my questions. I learned what 'rectified' tile is (less grout which I am a fan of), and finally pick out my tile for floor and surrounds. By the way, I wanted white subway tile for the surrounds. The 48 cent per sq foot tile I wanted was out of stock. Amber showed me some 17 cent white subway tile which I liked just as much! Love saving money. Ended up getting the Bostic NeverSeal grout which is a urethane grout that doesn't really discolor like the grout I currently have in my bathroom. See how much I learned! I go to the register to get rung up and Felicia noticed that I got two different sizes of schluter (plastic strip that goes next to the surrounds tiling). Nice catch! She waited for me to run and get the right size. Then, I asked the manager, Tommy, for a price match and he gave it. Of all the places I shopped for my bathroom remodel, this is the only store that I actually enjoyed the process. Great selection, amazing service, I would go back in a heartbeat next time I need tile! read more

We had appointment with Susan on one occasion and left because she was coughing and didn't feel well. Next visit we ended up with Susan yet again who seemed interested in helping us until she wasn't - she pushed us off on Jesse Jackson yet insisted she get credit for the sale. She left. NOW JESSE JACKSON was wonderful. He was super patient, attentive, didn't rush us was knowledgeable about the products. He spent a couple of hours with me and my clients and turned what was a horrible experience into a very pleasant experience for what was already a stressful time for my clients. We insisted he get credit for the sale but he generously gave Susan the credit so that she wasn't upset. Jesse - you are the best. Thank you for making my clients experience over all a pleasant and enjoyable time to pick lots of tile for their new home. In the process you realized I was not registered as a "Pro" and proceeded to get me signed up and explained the many benefits of a builder becoming a "Pro" with his company. Thank you Jesse. read more

This was our first visit to Floor & Decor and we stopped here at the suggestion of our tile contractor. We had planned on going to the orange box store, but you can never get any help there, and we knew we'd need help picking out the tiles for our kitchen floor and backsplash. Lucky for us! The experience at Floor & Decor was great. At first the volume of tile was overwhelming, but a friendly employee, Alisha, greeted us and answered our initial questions and showed us the aisles holding the tile in which we were interested. She was a jewel and helped later as we started making some selections. Can't say enough nice about Alisha. Jasmine, working the checkout, was also friendly and helpful. We left quite pleased that we'd made our selections in less than 45 minutes, and especially happy that they'll hold our order so the tile contractor can pick it up at their loading dock on Monday! read more

Ashton we amazing and will make sure to have everything you need, but also make sure you get actually what you want. Thank you Ashton for giving a great experience at the store. read more

I want to say Thank You to Jesse Jackson at Floor and Decor in Memphis, TN. We were selecting tile for our new home. After a gazzillion trips to all the tile stores in Memphis we finally choose to get our tile from Floor and Decor. We came with a square footage list from the tile guy - of how much we needed for each room. Jesse was amazing and so patient helping us figure out many boxes we needed for each room and each section. We did a lot feature walls and accents. So it took a while. He got the whole order together and even had to have tile shipped from another store to finish our order. He never lost patience with us even when we changed our mind about what we wanted. I hope I never have to pick out tile again, but if I do, I hope Jesse is there to help me. read more

Having to make an unexpected 80 mile drive to Memphis one evening to get replacement tile for the next morning, then turning around the next evening and having to do it again is stressful, but the customer service here really turned the situation around for us! Suzi helped us the first day (she is amazing) and the next day, Brandon Beard saw me looking dazed and confused and asked if he could be of assistance. He really saved the day for me. Not only are the prices far below what I originally paid locally, the customer service is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. We highly recommend starting your shopping here and just save yourself time, trouble, and money! read more

I have used this store for floor told which I bought in person. I was quite pleased with the selection and price. However beware ordering on line. I ordered backsplash which I had seen at the store. Brought a sample home to check and decided to order online. According to the website there was plenty in stock. So I placed an order. But after several days I didn't get pickup notice. I went to the store and found they had none!! They had charged my card and the material ordered was reflected on the site. To find what I wanted I had to order from Georgia and am charged shipping charges. I've contacted the store to ask shipping to be waived because of their error. Shopping is $170!!! read more

We would like to recognize two employees at the Floor and Decor Store, Summer store, Memphis, TN who went out of their way to assist us. Their names were Jay and Miranda. They worked in the part of the store where they assisted customers with different types of sealers for stone floors and grout. My husband was overcome by the heat and needed to sit down. They quickly found a fan to keep him cool and sat him down in a motorized chair along with a bottle of water. After awhile he started to feel like himself. They assisted us with the rest of our purchases and made sure we were safe when we left. All stores need employees like Jay and Miranda. Thank you so much! read more

As an ex-employee of a major home improvement store I know how competitive pricing and good help can be. I have been using Floor & Decor ever since I realized how helpful the employees are and how reasonable the pricing is. My last visit I was looking for a tile for a kitchen backsplash and had found a tile that they did not have enough of to complete my project. The 2 Alishas at the Memphis location were so helpful in finding a comparable replacement and went above and beyond to locate the correct quantity of tiles in order for me to be able to complete my project. I will always use Floor & Decor for all of my tile and flooring projects! read more

I would like to recognize an employee by the name of Susan Smith. She works at the Floor&Decor store on Summer Avenue in Memphis, Tn. I had a really hard time making decisions for a backsplash and stones for the house we are building. I know I was in there at least a half a dozen times, changing my mind constantly. Susan was so patient and helpful each time. Instead of running for cover, she met me with a smile every time. She is so knowledgeable!!!! I even gave her name to the builder and they want their customers to ask for her!!!! Thank you, Susan, for your awesome attention and help!! read more

My wife and I love this store not because of the great stock they have but because of the people there. There is always an upbeat positive vibe we get and especially this last weekend when we went to pick some countertop for our new kitchen. We met Alisha who was so helpful with us, answering all our questions, going into the warehouse to find price that she thought we'd like, basically she was fantastic! Please give these guys a chance if your looking at remodeling you'll probably find something you love and also something nice for your home :) Danny Royle read more

I also want to thank Kate and the other wonderful lady she was with. I can't remember her name, sadly. Kate printed a list for me so that I can choose the color of my tiles for some of my mosaics. I'm very thankful because now, I'm ready to put in my order and then come by to collect it. We are doing a rather extensive redecoration to our new home and Floor and Decor has provided us with so many choices at such reasonable prices! I also love the customer service reps all over the store. Always knowledgeable and helpful! I love this store!!! read more

We shop here regularly because my husband is a contractor. We had the pleasure of being helped by Brandon Moore today. He was so nice even though my husband can be hard to deal with sometimes. He followed us around the store, helped make selections, and even loaded 2 carts of tile into my husband's truck. Also, a shout out to Maurice for helping with the loading! We will be back soon! read more

This 5-star rating is for Tashaun, an employee at the Perimeter Mall Floor and Decor in Memphis TN. He was more than helpful, good-humored, and kind, while working under pressure and with computers at the checkout points that kept freezing. He well understands what it means to deliver customer service, and deserves the highest praise for doing his job so well! read more
