Wanda heard my plea that we needed someone right away, and sent a worker out that same day to survey the issues. Mike was timely and knowledgeable. He pointed out issues and make logical conclusions about them. It started to rain hard while he was there, and we got to watch his theories play themselves out in real time - it was like God wanted us to have assurities that we were heading on the right path with the fixes. The team moved other projects around and started that very same week on ours. Due to supply issues (thanks to Covid) they couldn't get all the PVC piping they needed and had to spend the whole Friday morning searching for supplies, so they didn't finish at the time they said they would, but I was just so grateful that they were working with us so diligently to help our sale close on time. The key broke off in the lock to the lower level access door, and Charles, the project manager, replaced that without being asked! Charles and Wanda (who scheduled the project and helped me on the phone) had great follow up and truly demonstrated a care for our needs. This was a stellar experience for me, and a real answer to prayer on what could have been a disastrous experience for me as a Realtor, and for my seller. B-Dry went out of business during Covid. Then I found Worldwide Waterproofing and they did send a representative out to look over my system and see if they could help. He was straightforward, told me the system was probably okay but needed a new sump pump and battery. He offered to have his company do the work but told me that a good plumber can do the same job probably for a lower cost. I appreciated the advice and would recommend Worldwide Waterproofing to anyone considering installing a complete basement water proofing system.

I called Worldwide this morning at 8:24 am and was told that someone will call be back today in 10 to 15 minutes and as of this posting (4 pm) no one as called me back. Just heard from Worldwide and we have another appointment date setup. Worldwide had a crew come out on August 13th and crew leader Larry did a good job and within 21/2 hours completed the work needed to my basement.

Fast forward a year, and we're finishing the basement. Our contractor went to put in the new plumbing and our foundation was a mess. Got two quotes for sump pump systems, one from Sam and one from our contractor's work experience. About the same, so we went with Sam. Sam never showed up but sent his team who appeared to work hard and diligently. Older house so they broke the main sewage line leaving our house. Our problem of course. Later, luckily before we put in carpet, noticed the middle of a room was leaking from the floor up. Looks like they agitated the line running to the upstairs laundry room. Again, our problem. A year later, the pipe that runs to our line that goes out to the culvert, is leaking all over our concrete patio. Contact Sam (third time) and he tells us, not his problem, call a plumber - should be an easy fix. Call the plumber, he comes out and says no i'm not going to fix it because this is such a poor design that it will just happen again. Oh and by the way you are lucky that the water never froze in this pipe (the design has it going "uphill") since that would have broken your sump pump. Now, we have to investigate how to re-design the layout and plumber will come back to fix. Thanks Sam - no expertise or service provided.

What I got was 4.75" on one end and only 3 1/2" on the other end. Even worse, they ran out of concrete for the walkway and ran out to Home Depot for bags of concrete to hand mix. I requested an extended warranty because the driveway was so thin on one end. 2 months after the warranty expired the front walkway started to crumble.

Beware when a company mandates that you and your spouse both have to be available for the sales pitch. That was a red flag. Then when they wouldn't get done in 90 minutes, they wanted to schedule another appointment. Heck no. I made him stay and finish. Unless you have money to throw away, look elsewhere. Better and cheaper options out there.
