I basically went there to have a padlock that was attached to a security gate picked, taken off, and have a key made for it. I dropped off the gate with the lock attached. It was there for 24 hours. I came back and the lock was still locked on the gate. They had managed to find a blank key that fit into it, but that was as far as they said they could go. Don't waste your time going there. Find a real locksmith.

I call the office and a technician is to call back...opps a miss the call and 10 mins later I call back to inquire if we are still set. Rudely he replied "no you didnt answer so I moved on." No text, no voicemail, like dude have you heard of spam calls ? Identify yourself! We end up rescheduling and he shows up. I purchased what ended up being a shell not the actual fob and respectively the price was more for them to acquire one. Cool. However, there was a service fee for the job being rendered and if we decided to purchase their fob the fee would be applied to the balance. There was no price transparency, on the website, nor verbally mentioned to me of said fee. Naturally, Id be cautious because these are independent contractors, so is this legit? I call management, not to complain but to confirm and Efy raised his tone, and through customer service etiquette right out the window. Repeatedly saying that it was my fault and on me for purchasing the wrong one, not on them. Clearly not hearing my concerns about the charge and clearly fed up with the back and forth that we had experienced with the rescheduling. He even threatened to cancel my service and refund the money, however, because it was cash hr just followed up with the technician about the Fob being in stock and confirming à rescheduling. Ultimately the job got done but at more then a monetary cost. I felt belittled, and mistreated, very disappointed in their business
