We went for the first time yesterday for a late lunch. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and service was great throughout our visit. As a caveat, I am comparing this restaurant to restaurants in the area not to restaurants nationally or internationally. Nice customer service, modern and tasteful decor, very friendly with kids, food tasted delicious and was sourced well apparently. My kids had corn dogs brussels sprouts chicken tenders and pasta and they all enjoyed their dishes. My husband had the cannelloni and I had the quinoa with crab cake. We both ate all of it and were quite satisfied and impressed to find this quick easy delicious little place up in rural-ish Mooresville. We will definitely return! read more

Went to Flock last night for the first time with my mother for girl's night and we were not disappointed! Friendly and welcoming staff, our server was very accommodating and sweet. Started with their strawberry basil martini (SO good!) and then switched to their Cabernet (also delicious). We tried the stuffed asparagus and the spinach and artichoke dip (both were excellent)! Finished with the quinoa salad and Caesar salad (yum). Would highly recommend to anyone! Very affordable and worth every penny! read more

So glad we found this amazing new place! So very good! I had the PEI mussels - YUM! And bruschetta for the table was very good. The Portobello sandwich was also delicious and my husband had the Hot Italian sandwich which he claims to be one of the best he's ever had - and he's had plenty in NYC. It's good to define a place before reviewing it I believe. What is Flock and what isnt it? Flock isnt pretentious or pretend anything, it's a place to flock with a flock to see a flock. Too many flocks? Warm greetings, open area dining, diverse menu, good drinks. A bar, TV's. I had the Filet with Gorganzola and roasted seasonal vegetables. The steak was a little underdone, but it was ok, a filet underdone is much better to me than overdone. The demi-glaze was very tasty and the gorgonzola made it complete. As good, as if vegetables can be as good as a good filet, which it cant but should get a mention, are the roasted seasonal veggie it came with. Quite a bit of them and delish! Almost a hash in consistency, I might could dine on them alone if not a carnivore. The lady got the seafood risotto and it was well prepared, right consistency and the taste? Spot on! The seafood taste so mild and palatable, you wondered if it was made from some of the finest seafood broth available. She only allowed me a couple bites, so I cant expound on it too much other than saying, yum! Cant wrap up without a mention of the Charcuterie... the real deal. Try Flock! What a great find today! Casual, delicious food, family owned , friendly....did i say delicious! We had a charcuterie board with pate, cheddar, brie and fruit. It was fresh and well done. We went for my wife's birthday on a Sunday night. We walked in and were the only ones there so I didn't know what to expect. I had heard good things about the sandwiches but going out they are not available after 5 so onto the entree menu. We had spinach & artichoke dip as an appetizer and it was great. Could've used more pita bread but other that that it was delicious. Between the four of us we had three different meals and each one was very good. Obviously the service was super fast too since we were the only ones there. I'd definitely go back and try the 11-5 menu but everything seemed very fresh.
