I realize that even when my service doesn't turn out that it's a small business owner trying to make it. However what I experienced with "Mylissa" of Eco Spa was so bad I felt compelled. I made my appt roughly 10 days in advance. I was sent a confirmation text 2 "days" prior to my appt via the person's cell phone at nearly 10pm... I wake up at 3AM each day and didn't receive it that evening. I replied the next morning at an hour that wouldn't be TOO inconsiderate (7:30 am) with a compliment and what was going to be my confirmation...(seeming as how I'm aware that 3AM when I get up wouldn't be, despite the late hour I was sent the text... ) I am promptly replied to with "you never replied so gave away your appt. Have a good day..." Unreal. Picture of "conversation" provided.
