Despite all the promises made at the beginning, the results simply weren't there. If you're considering this swim school, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. I wrote a letter to stop payment, she then sent that letter to my bank in order to prevent reimbursement of services not received. Her and I even spoke by phone and although I thought we would reach a resolution, she never called me back. It's sad to me that my daughter was never able to finish and during a difficult time of illness with my child, Carly put an additional $180 in her own pocket as a result.

We missed one scheduled session (two 15 minutes) and asked to make it up if they have a cancellation. They allowed to make up one, but told us their policy does not allow to make up the other. Lack of customer service is always a bad business judgment. A good business needs to have some flexibility in their policies and customer appreciation, especially that this was the only time during the past 7 months that we've missed. It doesn't cost them much to allow a make up during a cancellation because the coach is still in the pool. I have cancelled lessons for both kids because my policy is not to give business to a business that does not appreciate me as a customer.

They have an indoor, heated pool where they teach the toddlers and kids to swim. They also have a swim team and indoor and outdoor pools for them. The facility has plenty of parking, was easy to find, and has several old, beautiful oak trees around it. Rating from F to A+++, I give it A+++!

I was panicked and completely anxious because we have a pool and live right by a body of water. Well, within two or three 10 minute sessions she had my two year old and three-year-old swimming! Some of the early lessons were challenging for them. I know some parents have a difficult time hearing their kids get frustrated and seeing them struggle as they learn a new skill, but it's absolutely worth it. My kids are so comfortable in the water and it's one of their very favorite places to be. They dive down to the bottom of the pool, they go through hoops underwater, they have mermaid tales. I really can't believe it's only been a year or so since their lessons last summer. Brigitte opened this door for them and we are thankful every day. And now, she is working with my littlest one:)
