You've got to try Flotation Therapy! I had my first float experience at Float Culture and I have to say, I'm hooked! It's definitely an interesting and slightly weird sort of experience to try out, but these guys were so calm and welcoming and made the experience oh so inviting. I came out of the float feeling amazing and the staff had tea and water waiting for me in their beautiful reception area. Had a great chat with the guy on reception - really knew his stuff. 10/10 have recommended to all my friends! read more

Our son gave us vouchers for Christmas and we used them this past weekend. The experience of "Floating" was an awesome experience and we highly recommend Float Culture to others in the area. We were so pleased with the experience and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful all the way through the experience. We're ready to go back and float again! It's easy to book an appointment online and they do fill up fast. The feeling of floating in the pod is unlike anything we've ever experienced before. Highly recommended for relieving stress, pain, anxiety, and excellent for women who are pregnant. The water is a nice, pleasant temperature as well read more

This is something new for Auckland! I have not experienced anything like this before. However I read a lot about this phenomenon and always wanted to try full sensual deprivation or something similar. This is the right place for recovering after a busy day or intensive workout. Fixes your muscle-aches and mind clutter. If you are after a deep relaxation - look no further. I would advise to float at least fortnightly / once in a month for best results.
