He even stated "well I see no need to find out pricing if you will not be doing your repair here, its a waste of my time". Last I checked looking for the best price was the customers rightful choice, not a shameful action. Even with conceding on repairing with his company, he failed to give a definite problem with the computer and suggested used parts which cost extremely like new part fees. Don't waste your energy on this company, like they do not waste with giving you a good customer experience.
