We've been coming here a couple years now and we don't go to any other theater. We absolutely love this place and the service. Popcorn has free refills! I would suggest trying to ask for a refill in advance of being empty as occasionally it can take a little while for a refill. Beers are great! Try to nebula for sure! All beers are yummy tho! After an awful experience in our inaugural visit, decided to give them another shot.....mostly because the movie we wanted to see was being shown at a time that matched our schedule.......we sat at the bar and had a couple drinks and some nachos before our movie started.......at the bar, you can see back in the kitchen where there were at least 10 people, most of whom at 5pm on Friday, weren't doing much........our bartender was great and made a delicious Paloma, however my girlfriend was shocked to see the employees in the kitchen with gloves on, repeatedly touching their face, noses and taking their hats on and off - this in between texts on their phones.......needless to say, the nachos (it took at least 25 minutes for them to be prepared in a slow kitchen) were hardly touched. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS THEATER! For a while now, this is my theater of choice. The customer service is always spectacular (especially Ethan and Isaiah, sorry for incorrect spellings), whether over the phone or on site. The place is always kept very clean, surprisingly even during busy hours and days. Food is good, slightly above theater status, but is a bit pricey. Beers are great and they let you try our prior to purchase. The chairs are very comfortable and give enough space in case you're sitting next to others. The food was really good! The burger was seasoned very well and the fried pickles were good too. We received good service as well and the place was very clean and well maintained. My only con was I wish the seats weren't flat but went higher up for a better view. Also, if I remember correctly the seats didn't recline which was surprising. I'm a long time Alamo Draft house theater fan, but I think Flix won me over on this last visit. What tips it over the top is the QR menus, that let you send your order directly to the kitchen and then the wait staff only has to bring out to your seat after it is finished. You also pay through the app, so nobody takes your credit card off to run the bill. We had popcorn and drinks. There is a full bar to choose from. There is also a full food menu to choose from. Everything we ordered was tasty! I would even come in here if I wasn't wanting to watch a movie, and enjoy the bar side of the house. I enjoyed the comfy seating, and the clean theater! There is plenty of parking. The women's bathroom was out of service, but that was the only issue I had on this last visit. read more

I came here yesterday for the first time. It was during the afternoon, quiet and not packed at all. You walk in, and it's self service mostly. No greetings upon walk-in. The self service is pretty simple. FYI. The movie is cheaper for matinee in-person than online because they will charge you a service fee. They have tables, and bar area at the front. The place itself is pretty clean, and inside is very nice. The design is unique. The chairs are luxury recliners, and very comfortable. We went ahead and purchased the movie tickets online and picked our seats on the user-friendly website. There is a senior citizen discount along with the military. They offer child ticket prices as well, and on Wednesdays, all ticket prices are $5.25. They do offer a service charge if purchasing the tickets online for a guaranteed seat preference. Inside Flix is nice and modern, and you are able to see the brewery inside, brewing your next beverage. There is a kiosk inside to purchase tickets if you choose not to purchase online. They have a bar with stools along with many booths and chairs. Inside the movie theater, they have reclining comfy sofa chairs with an adjustable table that suites your personal preference. There are seated rows with chairs that are numbered and are easily visible. When you find your seat, they have 2 options when purchasing drinks and food items. One option is buying the items through your phone when scanning the QR code, or the other option is as simple as ordering from your server. They also have a push button that alerts your server if you need any further assistance. The drinks and food are reasonable priced for the cinema and the popcorn they serve is bottomless! Overall, we had a great time enjoying ourselves while getting some well needed rest and relaxation. Took my daughter and two dear friends to celebrate one of the friend's birthday. She wanted to see the new Venom. I bought the tickets early this morning to ensure that we sat where we wanted to. We had great seats! The movie was good! Once in our seats, we ordered using the app and had a plethora of items and drinks-Spinach & Artichoke Dip, popcorn, Ceasar salad, Steak & Avocado Wrap w/Onion Rings and Ceasar Wrap w/Fries for the food, and, strawberry lemonade, Pepsi and water for the drinks. The food portions were nice and the food was hot. However, expect an 18% gratuity to be added to your bill if you don't go ahead and close your order tab (which they start for everyone when you order) and pay flat out when ordering. If you immediately order and close the tab through the app, you choose what you want to tip. You can keep the tab going to order additional items during the movie or close it immediately once you have ordered what you want and pay right then. It was a bit pricey. It ended up being roughly $50-$60 per person if you count the tickets plus food/drink per person. It was worth it but not something that I would do regularly. read more

Would love to gate keep Flix Brewhouse but it would be unfair to not acknowledge how fantastic this theatre is. You can purchase tickets online, at the theater on the computer, or in person. The prices are reasonable in my opinion, but they do offer specials on ticket prices like many other theaters. There is a full bar and dining area that is very spacious inside. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. You are greeted and welcomed throughout. They are courteous and quick. This is the type of customer service that should be taught at other more luxurious theaters (or any theatre for that matter). The food is delicious. I like that you can order through the QR code or with the staff member. Everything is done there at the comforts of your seats, which do recline and have adjustable wide trays that make for a more comforting dining experience Temperature is always perfect in the theater. They have fun previews themed for the movie usually. They also do special events throughout, so I would definitely check their calendar. This is our go to theater from now on! read more

I have started going to this theatre with my husband or friends. I love their "retro" movies. They always seem to have a fun theme like all the merch for Jaws or Lost Boys during Halloween. Today we were overcharged after being told there was a 4 drink maximum for beers. We were charged for 6 so if there is a 4 drink maximum.... Well you can do the math. The food and snacks were good, and we thought the tables were well designed because you can make them small and close to you or push them aside. Seats were super comfy! I had a smooth and fun experience at Flix. I bought my ticket online, and when I pulled up there was plenty of parking. One of the employees checked my ticket; my only hang up was that she kept trying to touch my phone to "see the ticket" better. I prefer people to ask before reaching OR ask me for the information so I can zoom in/out accordingly Getting to the theatre was painless and finding my seat was easy. I really like how the pre film content is so curated that it provides hints about the film. There were several music videos that played and I later heard the song in the film! I also liked how the "previews" at this point were more of a "if you like this film, you'll also enjoy these". The service was seamless. My server was nice and brought me my popcorn and water in more time. I'd definitely come back and try a meal the next time I'm back! The seats were comfortable and the theatre was very clean. The food and movie was very impressive I love all the futures the seat has it's very accessible as it has lights on the table and you can still adjust your seat and if you wanted service a button which is very convenient the food is great the cheese curds are great the margarita pizza is an amazing thing to eat the way they share popcorn is very accessible because they give each one of your party members a bowl so everyone can get a fair share this also includes babies and toddlers I walked out of the theater star struck because of the food and movie as I was waiting out side of the bathroom they have little robots that carry food and the robot was playing "Hawaiian Rollercoaster Ride" from Lilo and Stitch and had a little picture of stitch this is a very nice theater and the tickets are cheap but are very good quality would recommend to go read more

Very comfy seats (only wish the foot rest raised up more!) We had fish and chips. It was decent. I will say the fries were great. We got free popcorn because it was our first visit. My son and I scheduled a play date to actually try this movie theater because we are sort of expert connoisseur movie theater people when it comes to movie theater restaurants. We have not gone to a regular movie theater in a very long time. Well, I think we went to an AMC at the beach but that's different. If we are at home we will look for a place where we can have lunch or dinner plus watch a movie. So we visited this one on a Saturday afternoon. I really love the location, the look of the facility, and I found it to be clean and nice. You have to use the QR code to kind of do everything where you just kind of order on your phone and you tell them where you are. The tables were really nice and that you could pull them towards you or have them out and you could recline your chairs as well. The temperature in the movie theater seemed OK. I was a little confused because we went to a kids movie to see migration. However, I wasn't sure if it was just because it was a kids movie or if it was that they do all their movies like this, but when we walked in there was something already playing like a show. Then we also got a Minion mini movie before the actual movie which was a little confusing. We still enjoyed the little mini movie was very cute. Love minions! So my son had the chicken tenders with fries and a icy blue raspberry. I had a pepperoni pizza and a Pepsi. I also tried a little bit of the popcorn, and had an order of the baked cookies and chocolate chip. Let's start with the pizza. This pizza looked like it was going to be good. It even smelled good but it was just OK. I wasn't a huge fan of the crust or really the taste. I have liked pizza at a lot of the other movie restaurant options. My son also said the chicken fingers just weren't as good as they were at another movie theater that we really enjoy. I found the popcorn to be very good buttery right amount of salt. My Pepsi was the right carbonation and not too sweet. The cookies were over baked. They were really crispy and hard almost like someone baked them hard and then stuck them in the oven and they got even drier. So just really didn't like the cookies at all. Overall, I would go back to the theater because the seats were comfy and I like the theater but maybe I might try some different food options than what I ordered. So right now the verdict is out on the food but if you go and get popcorn and my son said the icee was very good I think you're safe. I'm going to have to try a few more things to see what I really love here in terms of food. So not quite five stars but definitely not less than 4 stars. read more

Great new movie theater in Mansfield! The food is definitely better than movie tavern, and the price for a ticket is very reasonable for a Saturday evening ($12). I ordered everything on my phone via QR code from my seat, you could also wait for a server to come by and take your order. Arrive a little early so you can do all your ordering before the movie gets started. Service definitely slowed down during the movie when I needed popcorn or drink refills, I had to press the service button. Overall had a great time and will be back! read more

Went last week to watch the new Hunger Games movie. We purchased our tickets online, and when we got there, no one ever checked if we had a ticket. They just told us to "go on in." We thought that was strange, but we figured maybe they'll check in at the seats? Nope! So im not sure if that's the norm. Before we went in, we stopped at the bar and tried to order two cocktails. At first, they didn't want to make our drinks because the movie was about to start, but someone (I'm assuming it was the manager) overrode that decision :):) *This made it pretty clear they're having growing pains and are still new. When we sat at our seat, we were greeted by our hostess, who was very polite. She spent a lot (A LOT) of time explaining the menu and how things worked. Almost too much time. But I appreciate the effort, at least. I ordered drinks only, but my wife got the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was good, but I think there was more Buffalo than wrap and was very messy. The acid reflux was REAL later. The seats aren't the most comfortable, and they're kind of hard to get out of because of the sliding try. It would be better if they locked into place. Also, the seat only half reclines, so it kind of felt like an airline. The chairs are interesting because they aren't fully reclining but put you in good position to eat. I order a bacon cheeseburger with tater tots and added egg to burger. It came in about 12 minutes and was really good and juicy. This place is crazy expensive, my tea and lemonade was $6. I also tried some of a quesadilla it was really good.
