Very tender and flavorful. They do not have a strong lamb taste like some lambchops from other places. They are on the smaller side, just a warning. Potatoes were fine, but my mom did have a few hard pieces in hers. I think with tax it may have been about $48 which isn't bad. If you are looking for good lambchops I would recommend
