For starters the pizza was fantastic hands down just the right amount of sauce which was a somewhat of a sweet sauce , charred cupped pepperoni , locally sourced basil. This pie definitely hit the spot and was half the price because of their late night happy hour discount and the house not pictured was immaculate! Tasty

Came here late night, so glad we did! The pizza was incredibly fresh and delicious. I absolutely loved the thin, crust--it was cooked perfectly. The salad was one of the freshest and most refreshing salads I've ever had. Everything tasted amazing, and the service was great. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

First Zach was incredible. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The pizza was incredible too! Great experience!

I was staying across the street at the Hilton and walked over for a pizza. There is no bar at the location, only tables. I say this because I travel often alone and prefer to sit at the bar. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. I would highly recommend the pizza with the San Marzano sauce.... Really good. Enjoy!!!!

All ordered items including chicken wings and salad.

High quality of freshly made pizza and chicken wings our late night meal, after Universal visit. Service is beyond our expectations with warm welcome, patience and attentive staff. Our family rated 10/10 of pizza! Staff provided enough utensil and plates. We love it and are very pleased with this take-out order.

Huge shoutout to Flippers! Excellent food and awesome service. First tried them on Sunday, and tonight they saved the day after a late night out shopping with the kids. Being open until 2 AM is amazing. We got the wings, Caesar salad, deluxe, and cheese pizzas, and they did not disappoint. The chefs nailed it again--consistency is top-tier here. Majorly impressed, just wish there was one in my neighborhood! Pizza

Was in Lake Buena Vista for 1 night for work. Had Flippers delivered to the hotel. It was delicious! Delivery was fast too. So happy the front desk clerk suggested it.

Taste: 4/5 Value: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Tasty pizza at a fair price. Server was friendly and food came out quick. The restaurant seemed well taken care of and was overall a good experience. I would recommend it for a casual and satisfying meal.

A pizza coming fresh out of the oven looks so pretty. I had to take a shot.

Flippers is flipping amazing. We stumbled in here thinking about getting a slice. It was a brick oven pizza place and they offer a mini pizza which is a personalized pizza cut into four pieces with five toppings and a side salad. I think it was 1199 plustax but definitely worth it. Had I gone there not expecting more than a slice. I probably would've sat down and ordered the big boy size. Well Christian at the counter was really awesome and Patient with me choosing my toppings, helping me with Wi-Fi and inviting me to sit down even though I took the pizza to take out. I wasn't expecting this gourmet pizza which honestly had such good flavor and the fresh out of the oven bread was out of this world. This might be like a destination at some point when I come back. After so many disappointments in Orlando restaurants I was really pleasantly surprised in a very warm inviting comfortable space. The Parmesan cheese was delicious. Everything was really great. It seemed like a good atmosphere. the workers were pleasant and happy as well as the customers. It wasn't too crowded which was shocking but it wasn't empty either. I bet you I'll be craving it tomorrow. Be prepared to wait a couple of minutes for the order but fresh out of the oven is really the best way. Great job great pizza.

The pizza was delicious, thin crust, lots of toppings. The wings were crispy (no fatty skin layer here). Highly recommend!

Still the same pizza that we know and love with plenty to take home for leftovers. I also got the bee's knees cocktail which I really enjoyed. The thinnest place I've ever seen. Only room for two lines of people in the main area, one line for ordering, one line for picking up. Behind the counter was quite the operation. Pies being baked in one oven, being put on display, and then another oven jam packed with slices being warmed for the customer, along with their accompanying garlic knot. Every slice comes with a complimentary knot. I'm pretty sure I saw whole pizzas going out with eight included knots. The service was pretty good. Efficient, friendly enough workers. There was an aura of hurry up, what do you need, but with a line out the door literally all night, I do not blame them one bit. And the slice factory line got you in an out as quickly as it possible could. As for the slice itself, it was pretty ok. Good crust, foldable slice. Very cheesy, which is needed for most clientele who are in the middle of downtown in need of munchies. Slim toppings, though, and even after the heating process, the slice was kind of cold. Overall, for the convenience and the price, this place was good. I'll definitely come back under the right circumstances.

I asked if they offered a military discount, and the employee told me they did. When I presented my military ID, he refused to apply the discount and then attempted to take my government-issued military ID out of my hand to inspect whether it was legitimate. That interaction really caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. Regardless of the store's policy, there are more respectful and professional ways to handle that situation. I still purchased my food and ordered a standard cheese pizza, hoping the food would make up for the experience. Unfortunately, it was pretty average. The bottom of the pizza was pale and seemed undercooked, so it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. The ambience, however, did seem really nice. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the street, which could make for a nice spot if you're dining in. Overall, I understand busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Better customer service and more consistency in the quality of the pizza would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

The server seemed so monotone and as other's have said robotic in his manerisms. When we specifically asked about something gluten free because right above their door they clearly advertise gluten free we were advised that really the safest thing to get is just a salad...seriously? If I want to have a salad that's something I will just do at home. They said their pizza is gluten free but they don't really take any precautions like cooking it on a seperate tray when it's in the oven so it will probably be contaminated. My husbands pizza looked so doughey and from what he described it was so chewy he could hardly manage to eat it but he was hungry and knew it was going to be a long night. My other family member had pasta with meat sauce that she said was the worst sauce she'd ever had on pasta. Then it took a little bit to even get a manager involved and thankfully they discounted our meals because for how expensive it was the food was quite disappointing. I can't say much about the atmosphere since we ate outside and not inside. It was a beautiful day outside so I guess that part of it was nice. All in all I am skipping this on my next trip into Orlando.

Three salads, an olive appetizer, two beers, bread, three pizzas, one dessert, all nailed perfectly. Server even checked in about our food allergies. Two months later, tried going with my fiance. 6:30pm reservation on a Sunday. We showed up ten minutes early, to try and be cordial in case it was busy again, like last time. We walked in to four full tables, and four that were clearly unbussed and still dirty. Three servers are handling the four tables. We're greeted, and the first thing we're asked is if we'd "be okay sitting at the bar?" We told them about our reservation, and we're asked to wait a few minutes... while the servers went back to their other customers. Immediate red flag. It's still loud and cold, inside, with the owner and two other BoH members handling food orders. After we told them again about our reservation, we asked if we could sit on the patio. Nodding at each other and pointing that none of the dirty tables inside still had been cleaned, whatsoever. The young server that finally sat us invited to go over the menu as she went to "find out who would be helping us, this evening." (It turned out to be her, with obvious reluctance on her face.) We then waited ten minutes, with room temperature water and another couple eating takeout pizza, directly from the box, five feet away from us... On a night we both had planned for weeks. She inevitably came back, and we Immediately told her we needed to leave. There's no reason why three servers can't handle that lax of a clientele volume, while also bussing their own tables. If you're dropping around $30 a person on dinner, with the literal business owner present behind the counter, that level of blatant laziness shouldn't even be possible. We'll try again on a day expected to be busy. They clearly need some fire under their asses, and it's not coming from where it should be.
