She called and left three messages advising of her complications and never received a call back. She went to the office stating that she had an emergency. The front office lady asked her if she was a patient, as if she had never been there before. She has gone to that office for years. They acted as if they didn't want to help her. Thankfully a doctor from the Longview office was there and took over the situation. He was aware of the messages my grandmother left, as was the whole office. He had X-rays done, drained her gums and prescribed antibiotics. He then made an follow up appointment for the next morning at the Longview office. She had never been in that office before and they greeted her like she had gone there forever and showed concern. Never going to the Chad Silvertooth office in Liberty City again. The first visit was just a check up, but my daughter was treated so very well and we had such a pleasant experience - despite the fact that she was freaking out minutes before we got to their office (again, as a result of a TERRIBLE experience at Kool Smiles). Based on the first visit when we came back to have a filling put in a couple of weeks later, my daughter was not nervous or afraid at all. The Dr was very thorough and calm. The nursing staff have obviously been trained well on how to speak to children and the fact that they seem to actually like kids helps. Our main nurse was Tiffany and she was awesome and made for a very pleasant visit. Today could've been a nightmare for my entire family, but instead it was a walk in the park because of the professionalism shown by Fadal Dentistry. I highly recommend them.

Which they said they weren't charging me, I only got this email that I owed a 125.00 after writing my review. Anyways after seeing the Dentist the Dentist said I needed 2 Root Canals, I had an absesce under my right front tooth, and I needed6 month treatment of Deep cleaning, which was all a scam, because I take care of my teeth, I went to an endodontics and Dr. HARRINGTON From Tyler Endodontics checked my 2 Damaged teeth that Gladewater family Dentist said I needed 2 Root canals on, and Dr. HARRINGTON said my 2 teeth was good and I didn't need a Root Canal only 2 Crowns, then I went to another Dentist for xrays and I didn't have no absesce under my right front teeth , and I didn't need no deep cleaning treatment, I get my teeth clean 2 times a year and I wear a permanent retainer under my front teeth and bottom teeth, because I have been under an orthodontist care, Gladewater family Dental tried to charge me over 6,000 for work on my teeth that I didn't ever need, and then they kicked me out the back room after saying what my Insurance pay, They are rude and liars at this place and they be scamming people with unnecessary treatments that they don't even need. I Advise anyone who goes their to get an second opinion from another Dentist because they be lying and scamming people in getting all this expensive treatment you don't need, I Advise people to Run from Gladewater Family Dental and don't be scammed by them, Beware people...... That is important to me because I am someone who is not always comfortable in a medical/dental setting. Dr. Robert, his hygienist, Sheryl, and the dental staff are extremely talented people in their professions, so I trust them. When you come in for an appointment, it's not just to get you in and out as quick as possible. They care about their patients and will make sure any dental procedures are done well before sending you on your way. They care about the details and doing the job right and completely. I always recommend Dr. Guttry to anyone needing a dentist in Longview, whether it's for families, children or senior adults. I can't say enough good things about them!

I actually had to get a second opinion from Texas Sedation Dental & Implant center because the dentist I saw previously for a routine cleaning, tried to tell me that I had 4 cavities! Mind you, I've had less than 5 cavities my entire life, so to have 4 was just simply crazy. Everyone from the doctors to the receptionists and everyone in between are the friendliest people I've met since moving back to East Texas, they really want to provide the best care possible for ALL of their patients. I can't wait to get to know everyone who works there. The technology they have for x-rays, implants, fills and just about anything you could imagine is all top notch and very convenient. The doctors and nurses even take the time to explain every procedure and want to make sure that you're comfortable in every situation. Long way around the barn, Texas Sedation & Dental Implant Center is probably the best dental care you could ask for in East Texas! They make what used to be a dreaded dental trip, something that I look forward to twice a year. Thanks everyone!!

Do NOT let Dr. Travis Kendall do your dentures, unless you're going for a "long-in-the-tooth"…read morehorse-esque look. Dr. Kendall took over the dental practice of Dr. Dowd in Tyler when Dr. Dowd passed away. My aunt was already scheduled for a full set of upper and lower dentures with Dr. Dowd, so this is how she ended up being a patient of Dr. Kendall's. The upper set of dentures he did for her were absolutely awful. They were so long they changed the shape of my aunt's face because she can't even close her mouth completely around them. When she made her dissatisfaction known to Dr. Kendall about her dentures being too long his response was "well, if you got a boob job wouldn't you want them out to show off?". He also told her he would absolutely not alter her dentures in any way for her. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? People go to this man hoping to improve their lives with a new set of teeth. He has a responsibility to each patient to make sure they are happy with their smile when they leave him. I don't understand how he could seriously look at these teeth and confidently tell himself he did a good job. Dr. Kendall, you owe my aunt an apology. Really, you owe her a new set, but you especially owe her an apology. I will make sure to post this review everywhere I possibly can so that other people can have fair warning that even after spending thousands of dollars you still may end up unhappy with their smile
