Even when I questioned the Co- Pay Amount. She offered the call and confirm that it was correct. Most places would get ugly with you about it. I have actually had them do it before. I didnt have a very long wait. They called me about 5 minutes past my actual appointment time. The nurse that did my Cat Scan with contrast, walked me through every step of the process. She also had a very good bedside manner. I was in and out with no problems. She even asked if I had anything else of concern. Even thought it was a specific test requested my a doctor. The inside was very clean and professional. The bathrooms were also very clean and stocked properly. The had handicap doorway. I would definitely return here and recommend this place highly!

My only recommendation to the company is when they call to confirm an appointment make sure to let the patient know that the company does not accept (American Express). They did do the scan, handed me a business card and told me to call them if I received a bill and they would cover since it was their error. I asked for written verification of this and the receptionist wrote a note on the business card. 48 hours and neither I nor my Dr have the results. Every other imaging center, the results are generally available within a few hours.
