The efficency of the office experts made for a quick visit. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff and front desk were very friendly as well as the technician. Also recommend that you fill paperwork out online as it makes your wait time, much less. Witnessed many people being delayed having to fill them out and then them being processed afterwards. The staff is efficient and professional. After filling out the paper work I was called back by KC-again efficient, professional and informative. Dr. Horne came in to do the injection using the x-ray machine. He gave me a step by step commentary of the procedure; making sure I was feeling okay. It was over in 10 minutes or less. This office cares about their patients and wants each one to lead a high quality of life with reduced pain. Didnt care at all. Let the politics of what happened at Campbell clinic when a Dr was shot. Over heard me from the front desk talking with other people in the waiting room. The subject was the shooting of the Dr. I was called to come to the front desk. Took me an area that was not open. No one but me. When I inquired as to what was going on? I was told to lower my voice. I was not near the waiting room,I was not loud simply direct about what this was all about. I said I would not stop talking and my voice level coyld not be heard by other patients. I voiced my displeasure at the way I was being treated. I left without MRI. My provider was notified,not me that I was never allowed to go to Diagnostic Imaging again. I had been going there for over 10 yrs. I trusted them,I was betrayed and my health care was not a priority for them. read more

Great staff which made my experience getting an MRI effortless.. I was in and out in under 20 minutes! I had built up this idea it took 30 min at least and the noise is crazy. The nurse who stays for nights made the whole thing painless and quick! Very thankful. read more

I went to Diagnostic Imaging at 6401 Poplar Avenue for my annual mammograms from 2015-2021. Every year my screening mammogram came back normal with no call backs. In 2022 we moved to another city in East TN and I did my screening mammogram there and stage one cancer was found one year after my mammogram at Diagnostic Imaging in 2021. My KI 67 score was below a 5 which means it is an extremely slow growing cancer. To my shock, my surgeon told me that this cancer started 5 years ago. I do have very dense breasts and changes are difficult to see but now I have 3-4 centimeter mass that could have been detected sooner. I do NOT recommend Diagnostic Imaging to anyone. read more

The first person I came in contact with spoke to me like I was an idiot and tried to humiliate me in front of the entire waiting area. Then Cindy came to get me and do my MRI and she was great! She made me feel comfortable even after the experience with the girl at the front desk. I was going to cancel and never return but Cindy fixed everything! read more
