In general, when reviewing the gas station I'm usually not raving about the food that's there. In a past life, and from time to time, I do enjoy a cheeseburger from am/pm, but it's usually not something that we're going back to on a regular basis. Enter flight line convenience center - The place that I had heard about from friends who didn't believe in until I actually came here. Located near the airport and generally a frequent stops for construction crews and the like, I was not expecting to find awesome cuisine here.I had heard about how good the teriyaki was in one day decided to come grab some. There's basically a small Japanese restaurant operating inside this place where they make chicken teriyaki, beef teriyaki, pork teriyaki, chicken yakisoba, and chicken fried rice. Me and a friend tried the chicken teriyaki and the spicy chicken teriyaki, and both were unreal! The first thing we noticed was the amount of food that you get for the price. It's basically a large chicken breast and a good amount of rice for $5.99 and goes up to $7.99 for beef. The second! On this place was the spicy chicken teriyaki with utilized, I think, Sriracha and Gochujang sauce. It's a spicy and Umami flavor that produces the best chicken wings I've ever eaten and now some of the best teriyaki I've ever eaten. The people here are super friendly, they do quick to go orders and the place is a total factory at lunchtime. I was totally blown out of the water when I tried to stuff and for the price, it's the sort of place that will be coming back to very often. Just tried this gas station's spicy chicken bowl for the first time. A coworker recommended them for a good, quick bite of food. The styrofoam bowl looked small from the outside, but it was absolutely packed full of rice and chicken. The spicy sauce came on the side in a small plastic cup. The teriyaki chicken itself was tasty and the pieces of chicken seemed to be good quality. Marinated well and quite tender. A good value, in my opinion, at $6.99. I've been in yakima most of my life and had never been into the flightline convenience center. In fact, I don't know of any person who had been in here and talked about it. While working nearby, I overheard a few people talking about good teriyaki here. As a fan of good teriyaki, I decided to check it out.....and holy cow! This chicken teriyaki is fantastic and affordable! As of June 2016, the chicken teriyaki is $5.99 while beef teriyaki is $6.99. The portion is BIG and totally fills up this big guy when I'm really hungry! Watch out what time you stop in because this place gets PACKED when Perry Tech gets out for lunch. You'll be able to tell by a totally full parking lot. Definitely check this place out for teriyaki, you won't be disappointed! I don't recommend any of the fried food. It's really greasy gas station food comma spend a few more bucks and get the Teriyaki. It's worth it. read more

This convenience store is a great place to grab a quick lunch. They have chicken/beef/pork teriyaki bowls, yakisoba, fried rice, etc. They also have your typical burritos, corn dogs, etc that are sitting under a heating lamp. I reccomend the spicy chicken bowl. read more

So rude and horrible service! We ordered over the phone for a pick up but then had to call again (immediately after) to cancel one of the bowls the coworker who ordered a chicken bowl went home and they lady on the phone had a cow about having to cancel it because "they had already started working on it" she said. So they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrive 15 minutes later and they had not even started on our bowls. I asked the clerk if they had vanilla coke and she told me "does it look like we have vanilla coke?" She also over charged me for one of the bowls. Then I asked for extra soy and the clerk argued with me that "the sauce in the container is soy" well would you look at this I arrive to work and deliver the bowls and what is in the container is teriyaki sauce. This lady was the absolute worst ever and she did not even apologize to me one time. Not even after being so rude. This place deserves 0 stars on service alone. I will not be going back. I am honestly very worried that they did something to mess with our food (like spit in it) because I asked her to cancel one of them. read more
