    Spicy Chicken Bowl
    Robert D.

Just tried this gas station's spicy chicken bowl for the first time. A coworker recommended them for a good, quick bite of food. The styrofoam bowl looked small from the outside, but it was absolutely packed full of rice and chicken. The spicy sauce came on the side in a small plastic cup. The teriyaki chicken itself was tasty and the pieces of chicken seemed to be good quality. Marinated well and quite tender. A good value, in my opinion, at $6.99. I ordered ahead to make sure I got one since they have been known to sell out early.

I've been in yakima most of my life and had never been into the flightline convenience center. In fact, I don't know of any person who had been in here and talked about it. While working nearby, I overheard a few people talking about good teriyaki here. As a fan of good teriyaki, I decided to check it out.....and holy cow! This chicken teriyaki is fantastic and affordable! As of June 2016, the chicken teriyaki is $5.99 while beef teriyaki is $6.99. The portion is BIG and totally fills up this big guy when I'm really hungry! Watch out what time you stop in because this place gets PACKED when Perry Tech gets out for lunch. You'll be able to tell by a totally full parking lot. Definitely check this place out for teriyaki, you won't be disappointed! I don't recommend any of the fried food. It's really greasy gas station food comma spend a few more bucks and get the Teriyaki. It's worth it.

Absolutely the best chicken teriyaki bowls in town. Beef is good and their breakfast burritos are amazing.

I told the cashier I had reward points while paying inside and she said she couldn't do phone numbers with that register which is fine, but she sounded offended by my question. I also asked if I could have the receipt for tax purposes and she set it on the counter bypassing my outstretched hand as if that offended her too. There was no greeting, no "have a nice day", no any acknowledgement, my whole transaction seemed like a bother to her since she was eating and on her phone and it must have been rude of me to interrupt. Will pay at the pump next time.

I thought such magic was limited to Idaho, but recently discovered that such a place exists within our community! Road warrior travel center is located just off of Highway 97, on lateral a road, and is indeed a drive-through convenience/travel center! these sorts of places were particularly awesome when Covid restrictions were in place, but remain phenomenal. When you just completed a kiddo basketball game, everybody is thirsty, but you really don't want to have everybody get out of the car to run inside. It's effectively a warehouse with a garage door that you drive into, one of the workers grabs any and everything your little heart desires, and then they ring you up. It takes about a quarter of the time as going into a convenience store, especially with family, and the folks working there are super nice! We don't get down this direction all that often, but I can guarantee that each time we do, this place is going to be on the list of spots to stop. It's fast, convenient, and just plain awesome!

The man said they've been there for a while. They were pretty gross, not crispy at all, and then my friend bought a hotdog which was cold as well now we picked from the front because we saw the ones in the back weren't as dark so we thought we were doing good but negative the guy at the counter was kind of snippy. My friend ordered some lotto tickets and he pressed the wrong button and she told him no that's not the one and he told her it's too late. I already printed it. You have to buy it so she was forced to buy this five dollar lotto ticket. She was like OK whatever I'm not gonna argue with you. I'll just buy it fine even though it wasn't her fault and then she got her two other lotto tickets that she asked for he was not friendly. He didn't smile he wasn't approachable so yeah, I'm gonna say no.

I overheard her discussing with another customer how she doesn't like the Doordash as it keeps her from helping in store customers. Please know that the customers ordering deliveries are as much part of your business as those shopping in person. I give this store 4 stars for being open 24 hours and the convenience but because of below average customer service, I don't think they deserve 5 stars.
