We've been standing 1,5 hours under the sun when it was 95 degrees, no one let our line inside, although there was enough space to not keep people in the heat!!! we had an appointment for 11:45, but everyone was put in the general queue without selection, that is, those who had an appointment for 1 p.m. could come in together with those who had an appointment for 11:30 and 11:45, it's a complete mess!!! out of 16 windows 3 were working!!!
