Government entities at their best ... or worst ! Complete chaos !!!…read more Show up for 9am appt early. Check in employee already has attitude and allowing walk ins first. Time to go and 20 walk ins still in line. Nobody reads list of required documents and only one employee handling all incoming. Bottleneck ! Once you get your ticket it moved rather normal. Your turn, your reviewed and approved, and then sent to another line to pay. Then you get to wait outside in heat for 20 minutes while they print your license, which is already done and on printer. Saw two employees, that NEVER helped anyone or did anything the entire two hour process. They literally walked around and tried to blend in as busy. The one gentleman did wipe a keyboard as if he was going to help, but then walked away and never returned. Complete mayhem .....

The manager told the polite security guard to not let any more people in. This is 90 minutes before it closes. Furthermore, I tried to call the office a couple of times previous days to find out how late I can arrive and if they do this kind of thing if there is not enough time and too many people. Of course there is no human to speak to. It also doesn't mention anything on the website about this. People were getting aggravated and rightly so. Some people left work early to come here not knowing. It was very frustrating.
