Much to their credit they are fast, friendly... and get this... they let you smile for your driver's license photo, unlike many other states nowadays... (Something about how a smile transforms your face and can hide your true identity, according to some law enforcement somewhere...) So two hours later, I'm an official 'Floridian' license and registration and all. The service was great, the facilities are generic government bunker style, but clean and bright, not a bad place to sit for a couple of hours...

This is a major tragedy waiting to happen. All the people on her floor are elderly. None of them could walk the stairs. They are shut in. Frankly, this is disgusting.

I recently had to check out The Scarlet Letter for my high school son's class, and the process was quick and easy. Beyond books, they also offer wonderful programs -- from computer classes to other engaging activities -- that really make the library a hub for learning. Do yourself a favor and go check it out. It's a gem right here in Delray!

He seemed new and didn't know what he was doing! The recipient never received the item, and 2 weeks later it came back in mail marked more postage was owed!! I did not have receipt so couldn't go back and prove it! I went back figuring another person would do a better job, and he didn't ! He tried to charge me too much and I had to tell him to give me priority mail charge. Saved $10!! Now I look at my receipt and he didn't give me the separate tracking number. I do have one less than a mile from my home, but I rather drive all the way to Delray and visit Pak it Tight. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you safe money by giving you options for your packages. Plus sometimes they will even pack it for you. On busy seasons the line might be near the door but they are fast, efficient that you don't feel you are waiting. Sometimes to get a great service we need to go a little farther and support local places.

Use Enterprise nearby or Alamo in Boca Raton. Both locations have excellent customer service. Upon my arrival I noticed someone else waiting in front discussing with the 3 employees (who are the franchisees) about their vehicle not being available. They did not have the decency to tell me anything. I had to inquire and then they said they have no vehicles available. I had a reservation booked days in advance. No phone call notifying me. More expensive vehicles such as a convertible and large suvs were available but they refused. They were total unapologetic and offered no solution. Awful people. I told a lady (who was waiting for nearly two hours) that I will slander them on every media outlet. Loud enough for them to hear. I then snapped a photo of them (see below) and then they lost it. The youngest employee said that I threatened to slap them. I said slander. Obviously her vocabulary is lacking. They treatened to call cops and I said got right ahead. The thug man then said if I know what's good for me I better leave. It was an awful situation and as a customer you would never expect them to treat you like this. The DMV treats you better. They were in the wrong in every which way. I hope this location gets closed. I will be emailing CEO and local media.
