I've also felt heard and respected by each of the doctors when I have a concern. We also love that they only accept vaccinated children. I didn't have to worry that my days-old baby would catch measles from some kid whose parents takes medical advice from a lawyer instead of a doctor. I appreciate that they protect the most vulnerable population, sick children. I've referred several friends here and will continue to sing its praises.

Overall, the appointment itself went very well, and we really appreciated the care she provided. The only frustrating part was that my daughter's prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. We checked with the front desk during the same visit that everything was correct with the pharmacy. We drove to the pharmacy twice but the prescription was still never sent. Now the office is closed, and the answer machine is saying it will cost $20 just to speak with the after-hours nurse about getting the medication our daughter needs. That was a very disappointing end to an otherwise great visit.

We have been bringing our son to this practice since he was born, but after our experience at his…read more6-month check-up today, we will be looking for a new pediatrician. My son arrived at his appointment with some temporary redness on his face--a completely normal reaction for him due to the heat, tiredness, and having just been held close while nursing right before the appointment. Rather than practicing basic clinical communication or asking a simple, routine question about his appearance, the pediatrician (Shilpa Ullikashi) looked directly at me during the exam and said, "It looks like he was hit." I was so stunned by this baseless, incredibly serious accusation that I didn't even know how to respond in the moment. As a parent, I expect a pediatrician to be observant, but there is a vast difference between medical diligence and making reckless, offensive assumptions without bothering to gather any context or history. To throw out such a damaging statement to a parent who has trusted this practice for six months is entirely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. We will not be returning to a doctor who lacks basic bedside manner, communication skills, and respect for patients and their families.

I filled out the paperwork and waited the expected 3 hours. I finally get in a room after a urine test. So, after about 20 minutes a "Dr" comes in. Asks how about the pain. Then she says according to the urine test you seem to be dehydrated. I say, okay, what's next. Get ready because here comes the punchline!!! This "Dr" says (and I can't make this up) "You need to see a doctor." I kind of had the fear in the headlights look for a second because her badge clearly said "Dr". That was it! No IV, no script for the pain no nothing!!! A total wast of time! If you value your health stay away from this nightmare of a place.
