Bailey Kuban put absolute nightmare tenants into my home. Bailey stated that she had placed…read moresuccessfully placed "hundreds" of tenants in rental properties with no issues, which is why I signed the contract with Green Light Real Estate. The tenants she selected for us immediately tried to shake us down demanding $9,800 in cash from us, the landlords, because they decided they changed their mind and wanted money for another place. When they were told they had no legal standing to make such an absurd claim, they then stated they would be paying rent late every month because they didn't have enough money. (Bailey stated that they had more than tripled the rent available monthly and would cause no issues.) Additionally, the tenants trashed the property leaving garbage all over the front porch and driveway. I'm terrified as to what the condition of the property will be at the end of the year. Bailey actually wrote to me today that I have a "good cause" for not renewing these tenants again next year. I don't know if she is wildly naive or just completely lied about her experience. Whatever the case, I strongly recommend working with Bailey Kuban or anyone at Green Light Real Estate. We are living our worst case scenario.
