Additionally, they didnt look anything like they were supposed to nor did they include the balloon that I had picked out to go with them. The arrangement was tiny, completely of the wrong color and nothing like the description online. All the email addresses I could find to try to address this issue were sent back to me as invalid addresses and the phone number associated with this business immediately disconnects. Bottom line, I ordered flowers from them to be delivered on a specific date and they were never delivered. I only received an order confirmation email after placing my order and nothing else. The flower I received does not look like what I ordered. I ordered from the third party website. It included all specs and details etc including flowers and specific vase. It seems like they just sent whatever that's available. On the bright side, flower is delivered on time, and the overall size matches what I expected. It helps take some of the thinking out of purchasing flowers - merely set your price limit and name a color you think will work and they begin to build. The flowers are beautiful and very fresh. They have beautiful roses and I love their large orchids. The staff is very helpful and helping you pick and choose flowers for a bouquet in the price range you give. They are also super nice. BE CAREFUL when you are looking at the flowers. Some of them are bound together by rubber bands. I accidentally broke off a tulip because I didn't know the stems were bound together. I felt so bad. I offered to pay for the tulip, but they were so nice about it. So my little pet rat had a nice treat :) The only down side: some florists put your flower stems in tubes of water, which this place does not do. So if you get flowers from here, be sure you get the in water ASAP. When I got them, it was for someone else, and I had a hard time getting them in a makeshift vase ( and without taking the bouquet apart) because I didn't have vases that were big enough! But at least the flowers here are beautiful, fresh,and big! I love having fresh flowers at my apartment and Fleur is definitely a go-back place for me. read more

I had the same experience as other people on here. What I received was NOT what I ordered (ordered flowers in the shape of a cat, inside a basket, but got a normal bouquet in a vase with a teddy bear). They are literally impossible to get ahold of. The phone number on their website is out of service and nobody responds to emails. I even went to the store in person but there was just a woman inside who doesn't work there, she just sells her art there and helps the owner with orders sometimes. She just directed me to the website which I already tried. I then called 1-800-flowers (the third party they use), and they had NO record of my order in their system. I gave them the order number from my confirmation email and they couldn't find it. Then they put me on hold and disconnected me! Absolutely horrible. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. GOD AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had originally ordered flowers for my father's memorial service through another company, not knowing that they were going to outsource our order to Fleur. I don't know if there was a major miscommunication between the two companies, but we ended up receiving a completely wrong order, it was no nicer than a bouquet of flowers that I could buy at ACME or Giant., and they sloppily wrote my father's name, (on a ribbon that looked like masking tape), in black Sharpie marker. But that's not the end of it... My mother called Fleur to find out what happened and to discuss her disappointment. The woman who spoke with her on the phone was extremely rude, she was yelling at my mother and calling her a liar. She even said to her, "Oh how convenient. You want a refund after the flowers were already delivered and used." She was condescending and insulting. I was upset that my mother was treated so poorly. So after locating their REAL phone number on their website, (since they have several fake ones listed), I made a phone call to them. I asked if I could speak to the owner. The woman says he's not in right now. I asked when he was expected to come in. She asks me what the call is in reference to. I tell her very calmly that I am a customer and that we had a problem with an order. I said my mother had called a short time ago and that, apparently, the conversation didn't go well. They hang up. I call back and say that I had just called and was hung up on. The woman says, "That's because we will not speak to you. YOU ARE RUDE!" And she hung up on me again. So I continue to call back over and over again as she continues to hang up on me or put me on hold with no intention of coming back on the line. Finally, she tells me that she is going to call the police because I am harassing her. I tell her to go right ahead and do that since I am not harassing her, I am simply trying to get my business taken care of. The conversation goes on for a little while and she completely verbally abused and insulted me and my family. I stayed calm until the end of the conversation, but in the meantime I was listening to her call me a bitch and tell me that I was stupid for ordering from a shitty florist. She said that I obviously didn't give a shit about my father because I ordered a shitty arrangement from a shitty company. She also told me to go to hell when I told her that the ribbon with the Sharpie marker on it looked horrible. I was absolutely SHOCKED at the way this "business woman" spoke to me! I've never heard anything like that before in my life from a business. I am contacting the BBB regarding this company and hoping that no one else is ever treated the way me and my family were during our time of loss. read more

The deliverer apologized and expressed his embarrassment. When I went downstairs, the deliverer again apologized profusely and said how embarrassed he was, agreeing how inappropriate it was. Chose Fleur because I needed to have flowers delivered on the same-day and liked the pictures of previous arrangements posted on Yelp and their Facebook page. I called them and they asked me to email examples of arrangements I liked--some taken from their page and others that I pulled off the web. They said they could definitely create something along those lines and ordering went smoothly over the phone. Cost me $70 + delivery fee + tax. 2 stars for ease of ordering and mediocre value. Minus 2 stars though for the delivery. I was told flowers would be delivered between 3-5pm. I must've called 5 times to check on status. Each time I was told "they're on the way" or "you're up next." Could not get an accurate ETA from them--30 minutes became and hr and 30 minutes and 10 minutes became 30 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating because I was coordinating with someone else to receive the flowers and hence they needed to wait around for an unknown time. Unless you can be flexible with the delivery time, I would not recommend using Fleur for delivery. Plus 1 star for the arrangement. Definitely met and exceeded expectations, and given the examples I provided, they definitely used them for inspiration. Overall 3 stars. Absolutely gorgeous floral arrangement--would have been 5 star rating if not for the poor delivery experience. read more

Emailed Fleur the day they were supposed to be delivered, no response. Have called 4 times now to determine what happened and get a refund. Was told by the "manager" that my flowers were probably "lost or stolen". No apology, no real explanation, nothing. Fleur made no effort to actually deliver the flowers on that day and, when confronted about it, lied about having showed up to the location and got increasingly incensed and rude. If you can't fill an order, simply reject it. Instead of showing any contrition for their mistake, they were rude and hostile toward my family member and only begrudgingly delivered the flowers the next day. Wow wow wow where do I start? So today is the day of my formal and a few days ago I ordered a red boutonniere all seemed good and I even got a confirmation email! So earlier I called and simply asked when should I pick up my order and the man asks me "you want orange, hot pink, or white" I respond confused and all "um red". Without apology he tells me "yes we don't have red" and I start to panic cause I have my nails, shoes and even my dates tie all red so orange or pink would just not work! I explain my entire situation and he responds "yes but we don't have red" and I ask "well then why did the website say you had red" and he tells me that "sometimes we do and sometimes we don't".
