I was at this store and they had the "customer appreciation" day going on, it was a Saturday and…read moresuper busy! As I was waiting I was watching the crew interact with the customers. The crew was,Tristan, Sam, Mary and Savannah. These 4 were happy and customer focused and actually having fun! I've been a retail manager for over 40 years and can assure you this is rare! When it was my turn, Tristan went above and beyond helping me and making sure I got what I needed. I noticed at this time a older lady brought in a rug to mail back and Savannah ran outside to carry the rug in for her, customer service at it's finest! You should be very proud of this crew! Hopefully they can get some recognition for this, I'm certain all you ever hear are the complaints. Let's give recognition where it's due. He said that he would send me a proof before they were printed so that I could approve them. Well they went ahead and printed them without me approving. They printed them straight black so that much of the design couldn't be seen, and they even cut off the first letter of my email address on one end and had a thin white line running along the other end, as if it was misaligned when it was cut. I have a big conference that I'm going to that I need business cards for, so I bought new cards at a different store. The new store actually sent me a proof within minutes and they were less than half the cost. I drove over to Almar for a refund of my order, only to be informed that they won't accept any refunds. As someone who is a small business owner who stands by my products with a lifetime guarantee, I'm nothing but disappointed in Almar printing

She was twisting words around and first saying the my work is not properly done, so she cannot work with that, after it it was a not right file because she is working only in pdf but she didn't mention it before, after it was not right size, she was pretending she doesn't have the right size ( like I didn't send those before), after it she did said she will return the money and did take the printing what she messed up ( all this was fot 2 months). Well as the normal human being the all transition on the bank it's usually takes an 7 Business days, well I give her an 14 business days, well after an 20 days I call them again to tell them wat they will talk to my lawyer next time, what this young manager lady said she will talk to somebody and call me back, well she did call me back in couple minutes and said she will refund in two days. Well she been lying to me too, it's been a week and I still don't see my money back. So total is the job was not done, I don't have a printing's, and my money stolen!

Very unprofessional told us if we don't want wait in his long line they we don't have to be here. We can go to a different location and that he did not need more help. We are slow on Sunday but yet he had more than three to four customers waiting. I told him he was very rude and very unprofessional and I have been a customer for years and I have never been treated like this. He definitely needs some training classes on customer service and professional in a work place.
