Shed is beautiful; however, after a month delay because the stone base person wasn't available; and…read moreissues below: 1) The person they told us we had to use to level our stone base came to evaluate how to remove the old shed and level out the stone base for the new one; told us to remove one side of plants to give him an opening- we gave him more than one opening and only 1 back plant and 1 front plant remained and I told him if that wasn't good, I would move the other plants. The remaining plants that we didn't dig out - told him, don't worry about them, we didn't want them. He said it's fine. While working, he stated he may have to move out to the side by 4' in order to level out the stones (we were fine with that). When he was finished with the base, he formed a mountain - one side was much higher in appearance than the other and never went out the 4' like he stated. We expressed concern over the way it looked but he said it would be fine once the shed was installed. 2) Shed was ready to be built on-site the next day, before building, we pointed out that it looked way off - too high on one side making it look like a lopsided hill. The co-owner was one of the builders on-site and didn't do a thing - didn't stop working to inspect better, didn't call anyone to figure out what was wrong- just rushed through the building of the shed. Once finished, it was way too high and looked like it was sitting on a hill and would blow away in a strong wind. The 4' ramps were way too short and the incline was ridiculous. 3) Called the sales person to inform him of what it looked like and he came out to see; agreed it looked wrong, but had no solution. Thought maybe a longer ramp was the solution - which with that height, it wasn't; although we needed a longer ramp anyway. Came a week later with longer ramps, that didn't do the job - still a bad incline. 4) Went back to speak to the base guy and the base guy came out to give a "solution"... he went back to the sales guy. The sales guy and the manager had no understanding of what the suggestion was. 5) Called the sales person 2 times, and still no resolution so I asked for the manager. The manager got in touch with base guy and they both came out to see what could be done. 6) Agreed it was wrong and that the shed would have to be moved! After 2 weeks, they came and rolled the shed off it's stone base, adjusted the stones and put the shed back - now it was moved 2' more forward! Something we didn't want, nor was that discussed! The manager was more concerned about getting paid the balance of the shed - which I withheld until there was a solution; I agreed to pay once he promised that this would be made right. Afterall, he made us use the stone guy - we didn't pick him! The stones are still higher on one side, but doesn't look like it's going to blow away in the wind like before. Not happy with attitude of manager - acted like it was our fault. He made excuses for the building crew saying they were in a rush. In a rush? I paid for their services and my job should not have been rushed! 7) Longer Ramps arrived 2 weeks later as promised; still had an incline and we had to stack stone under them in order to make them stable. Didn't appreciate the attitude of the sales person who came with the longer ramps - sorry, but this is on YOU, we did nothing wrong. Mind you, the old shed was about 2" off center/level, so not sure why there was such drama with adding stone and making it level. 8) Had to add a few rows of decorative bricks in order to camouflage the unevenness of the stones. Had to add more dirt too. The other decorative bricks we had were ruined because the stone guy ran over them with his machine instead of telling us to remove everything. 9) Sales guy told us there was a 50 year warranty on the shed - turns out that was NOT true, there's only a 10 year warranty! This was way too much work for a shed replacement. Tried to stay local, to support local business, but with this type of aggravation, it's really sometimes not worth it.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and compared to box stores and suppliers, prices are very…read morereasonable. Quality is better than average box store or Ikea. If you know or care about the difference between an MDF cabinet box with laminate doors and a plywood one with solid maple doors, you will appreciate this place. They have everything you need to finish a home on the interior and exterior. Doors, windows, siding, flooring, cabinets, tubs, on and on. There are some deals, some not. Know your prices headed in. Inventory varies and if their website has it, it may be for order, or only available when they randomly get stock. They are conscientious about what they have or don't if you call ahead, but were a little impatient with a longer list. Their website says "We pride ourselves on providing excellent sales and delivery services to the Cecil County, Harford County, northern Baltimore County, New Castle County, Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania areas," but they do not go as far as the PA counties mentioned, at least not for homeowner orders. So be local or be prepare to haul stuff home. Made a trip today but they didn't have what I needed in a price competitive with another liquidator, though they definitely had great deals compared to Depot, Lowe's and my supplier. Had I not known of my other source, I definitely would've still saved 40% on fiberglass entry doors, and about 15% on fiberglass patio doors. They also offer a much better selection than a home improvement box store.
