Returned my call promptly and arranged an appointment to install a new electric tongue jack the next day. Philip did a great job.

After spending many frustrating hours in my garage trying to install trailer brakes myself, I…read morefinally decided to call a professional. It was the best decision I could have made. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

I hadn't done it before, so I asked if I could hang out, watch and learn so I at least know what's going on inside there. Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. Legit the kindest people you could ask for, thorough and know their stuff. I ask questions, they can answer them and explain what they're looking at and looking for. There's a reason their reviews are great, this is who you want to take care of your vehicles.

I am SOOO grateful to have found a local place that can take care of anything, literally, on my…read morehorse trailer. I have had a mysterious electrical issue that two (2) popular places in Shasta County couldn't diagnose. Fine. Happens. A few years pass, my kids quit rodeoing, so trips are just me and my horses. I never used the generator, A/C, fridge, etc. Didn't need it for day trips. However, now I live in Norco, but I have 8-days in Bakersfield (ugh) coming up for academic training and will be taking my horses and LQ to "live in". I spoke with Jason, Bret, Jeff (THANK you for the GREAT INFO on trailer care) and Cheyenne, who called every other day letting me know how things were progressing. Not only was I advised on ways to save money, I was NEVER pressured, everything on my list was checked off and fixed, A/C, even the electrical "mystery" was no challenge for these guys. And the kicker? It was less money than quoted due to changing my generator plans, and it was DONE and READY for me 5-days earlier than our target date. They were trying to get it done so I'd have it for a few days to load it up. Five stars, across the board. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. All-American Trailers, all day long!

Jason was always available to answer my questions, and he always returned my phone calls even during the shut down period. The trailer eventually sold and Heather, like Jason, was more than helpful. Heather kept in close contact with me in regards to finalizing the process of the sale. I had read the reviews and frankly, some of those reviews worried me as to the credibility of All American Trailers. I can honestly say that I was treated wonderfully and fairly by both Jason and Heather and I thank them for handling the sale of my trailer.

T & T had it Tuesday afternoon(they do not start working until 4pm), Wednesday and Thursday and told me it would need to stay the weekend to get a couple more days to figure out the problem. Every time I talked to the owner there were more and more things wrong with it. They said the brake was cracked in 3 places, the welds on the bottom of the trailer were broken, the wiring needed to be completely pulled and redone. They couldn't figure out the 6 pin plug so they switched it to an RV plug. I went and picked it up tonight because I had a gut feeling this was going to end up being a tsunami of cost with all the things they were saying was wrong with the trailer. This is a 4 horse HART aluminum trailer. Only used for gymkhana's a couple mile from home for a couple of years. It came home tonight, way worse than it was taking to them. They charged me $1050 - $250 for each side of the trailer to repack wheel bearings. And $600 for their diagnostic of all of the horrible problems they kept finding. They fixed nothing on the electrical except to switch the plug so the brakes on the trailer stuck and I could move the trailer with their plug hooked to my truck. This was an absolute nightmare. I used to go to T & T to get all my maintenance done. I did not know it was sold. I wish I has known. I am so glad I got it out of there before the could charge me even more. Oh, and the owner kept telling me he had picture of all the problems they found but showed me NONE of them.
