Took…read moreit to the store and was told by the cashier that the policy changed a few months ago and you have to deal with Asurion directly now...I said what happened to "Let us handle replacements and repairs?" They basically said too bad. I insisted they file the claim for me. Glad I did...They first filed it wrong and said it was accidental damage and it was instantly denied. Then after an hour of what I thought was fixing that they filed another claim. But in the end they stopped at submitting anything else for me. You have to work with Asurion I was told. So all weekend I'm getting email and text messages requesting photos (which I sent over and over again). Come to find out today (Monday) after all these photos and "service claims" they requested, Dicks had 3 of the same claims open... So then the one person at Asurion trying to help me said he consolidated all the claims and I only needed one more photo of the front of the bat. Blahah! I get another email saying they need two more. Asurion and Dicks don't have a clue about how to help a warranty claim. Asurion does nothing but try to wear you down until you give up, and quit trying. The store Managers use them as an excuse to not honor anything and the warranty is snake oil that won't help you. Don't bother!!! Dicks is a confused child in the world of baseball gear. Don't waste your time with them. Still working on trying to get them everything "they need," to ignore and deny the claim. I'm not giving up. I'll push this to the lawyers next. I'm sick of their crappy service and joke of a warranty, over pricing everything, unable to ship anything right, not knowing what's in stock bull doo doo. Go somewhere else for baseball gear. Sure, try it on at Dicks, swing it if you want, but don't buy it here! They've lost me foreverrr!

Largest surf shop in the world at 52,000 square feet of cool, rad, and gnarly, awesome things (shirts, jewelry, swim wear, accessories, beauty products, home decor, surf boards, rash guards, sunglasses, etc). If you can walk out without buying a shirt, keychain or sticker, I would either be impressed, or think something was wrong with you. Free parking (time limit) in the back of the shop. Long arse lines at all the registers, but that's a testament to how popular this place is. My husband who is an (ex-)surfer, totally loved this shop. He said visiting this store was one of the highlights of the trip.

I've wanted to make it to some of the other Ron Jon shops since then but haven't been near one. I don't know the best way to describe it. It's like a superstore for beachwear, keychains, hats, sunglasses, shirts, surfboards, art, trinkets, shoes, and a bunch of other random things. It's so much fun to walk around this place and see what you can find. I still have a souvenir magnet from my first visit. This time I found a shirt I had to have! Anytime I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop in here. If you're in the Cocoa Beach area, this is definitely a must-visit!

That is quite a steal! While walking around the store they had the bathroom for public use and i even got to meet the dog himself Salty! Salty was so friend that it let me pet it and give it scratches. I was able to get some cute ankle bracelets for souvenirs which wasn't too pricey. They had lots of options for sunglasses tshirts and stickers. The staff was friendly and able to assist me quickly to pay for my products. Overall it is worth stopping by even if its just to meet Salty!

A business associate of mine needed to purchase a few articles of clothing after changing his travel plans and wasn't interested in visiting the local Walmart or Bealls so we decided to check out this place since they seem to have somewhat of a niche business when it comes to offering name brand sports wear like Nike and Under Amour just to name a few - the prices don't seem competitive with the brand's outlet stores but then again you can get name brand clothing in remote locations, you can also get baseball gloves, bats and soccer balls. Seems like a good business model unless you're a stock holder or employee and you're worried about the 100's of store closings or lack of customers. We were the only customers in the store during this mid-afternoon visit, the only thing more empty than the store itself was this strip-mall's parking lot although it does seem that some commuters may use the available parking spots for long term parking. The stores was very clean and organized and the staff was very friendly and seemed somewhat surprised that we were there, to me it reminds me of a General Dollar Store only for clothing and sports equipment but much less busy. Not knowing much about the financial situation of Hibbett Sports I don't know what lies ahead for this company but from what I see, I don't expect these guys to survive long unless they have one hell of a online business and the revenue supports the big executive salaries and that alone may keep them open for sometime. They were founded in 1945 so they've been open longer than I've been alive and I'm just now getting around to visiting them so what do I know. I'd return in a pinch it's just not the kind of place that comes to mind when I think of shopping...

She was telling him about the habits of another female co-worker. It sounded a lot like snitching. After spending about 15 minutes in the store, circling the merchandise several times, and receiving no acknowledgement from this pair ("hi" "welcome" "need any help?", etc.) or even eye contact, I left. I found this 'Groove Belt,' which is pretty much a game changer for me. It has a magnetic buckle that has two heavy duty hooks built in to keep it from coming undone unless you intend to unbuckle it, the belt is also 'one size fits most' so you can adjust it to almost any size waist. You can choose to leave the slack intact so that it infinitely adjustable for as long as you own the belt or you can cut some of the slack if its bothersome. The belt even stretches with you when you bend over to work so it never feels uncomfortable when keeping it somewhat taunt when my shirt is tucked in for the workplace; like I said, a complete game changer for me. We stopped in the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they still had a great deal on the belt. It normally costs $60 but was marked down to $39, I probably should have bought two of these things but I wanted to see how long it lasts in my work environment, only time will tell. Since we were there shopping, we noticed they had great deals going on for BCG training attire and all Magellan clothing. I purchased several pairs of BCG shorts and workout pants and one Magellan top at 50% off which was a great deal. Staff here have always been super friendly and helpful and the store is kept immaculate. I highly recommend stopping in to check them out if you're in the area.

They have all kinds of Gator clothing for men, women, and children, and lots of cool gift items like flags, license plates, jewelry, mugs, stickers, and keychains. They even have 2 baby gators, Albert & Alberta, in a big tank in the store! In addition to the UF stuff; they have lots of Daytona souvenirs, t-shirts, and Florida-resort wear. Prices are good and the employees are friendly and helpful. It's a great place for Gator fans and tourists to find unique clothing and gifts.

The company is owned by a gentleman named Doug and he's a one man band - he does it all. I recently needed to get some uniform shirts embroidered for work - I had purchased shirts from Doug previously and I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the garment and with the embroidery. So, when I needed some more shirts, he was the first person that I thought of. I dropped off two shirts that I had purchased else where for them to be embroidered. I was shocked when he said that it would be $10 for the two shirts. He told me they'd be done in a few days and they were! The embroidery is absolutely spot on and I could not be more impressed with the customer service that I received. I would definitely recommend Dougout Sportswear to any number of my friends!!
