I needed help finding something in the fishing department because the shelf was empty. I finally found someone who then called for an employee to help . Five minutes later they still weren't there so she called someone again. In the meantime, I found another employee in the store and asked if they could help me. He looked right at me, shook said nope and walked away. I went back to the same employee. I had spoken her no one still come so we went up to the front. A young boy working at the cash register said he was going to look upstairs to see if they in stock. 10 minutes not come the meantime, I found something else and went to the cash register where he was standing chatting with his buddy. The absolute worst customer service in this location. From employees that literally refuse to help you to employees that pretend they're helping you, but really or not. A Must-Visit When in Cocoa Beach! ‍…read more We stopped by Ron Jon Surf Shop while visiting Cocoa Beach, and WOW! This place has just about everything you could possibly imagine! From all the popular surf and beachwear brands to an incredible selection of surfboards, clothing, accessories, and souvenirs, there's something for everyone! I couldn't believe some of the surfboard prices, with a few reaching around $6,000! Definitely a little pricey, but it was fun just browsing and seeing everything they had to offer. I was able to find everything I needed for souvenirs for friends and family back home, which made our stop even better! The customer service was friendly and welcoming, and the store had so much to explore. Whether you're a surfer, a beach lover, or just looking for some great souvenirs, this is definitely a place worth checking out! So glad we stopped in! We had a great shopping experience, and I would absolutely visit again the next time we're in Cocoa Beach!

That is quite a steal! While walking around the store they had the bathroom for public use and i even got to meet the dog himself Salty! Salty was so friend that it let me pet it and give it scratches. I was able to get some cute ankle bracelets for souvenirs which wasn't too pricey. They had lots of options for sunglasses tshirts and stickers. The staff was friendly and able to assist me quickly to pay for my products. The store is clean and organized, with everything from higher-end sunglasses to fun trinkets, souvenirs, and so many stickers for your cooler! Everything seems reasonably priced, and the staff is incredibly friendly. But one of the best parts of stopping in is meeting Salty the dog! Salty loves to play catch from the top of the stairs, and watching him do it is just about as cute as you can get. A business associate of mine needed to purchase a few articles of clothing after changing his travel plans and wasn't interested in visiting the local Walmart or Bealls so we decided to check out this place since they seem to have somewhat of a niche business when it comes to offering name brand sports wear like Nike and Under Amour just to name a few - the prices don't seem competitive with the brand's outlet stores but then again you can get name brand clothing in remote locations, you can also get baseball gloves, bats and soccer balls. Seems like a good business model unless you're a stock holder or employee and you're worried about the 100's of store closings or lack of customers. We were the only customers in the store during this mid-afternoon visit, the only thing more empty than the store itself was this strip-mall's parking lot although it does seem that some commuters may use the available parking spots for long term parking. The stores was very clean and organized and the staff was very friendly and seemed somewhat surprised that we were there, to me it reminds me of a General Dollar Store only for clothing and sports equipment but much less busy. Not knowing much about the financial situation of Hibbett Sports I don't know what lies ahead for this company but from what I see, I don't expect these guys to survive long unless they have one hell of a online business and the revenue supports the big executive salaries and that alone may keep them open for sometime. They were founded in 1945 so they've been open longer than I've been alive and I'm just now getting around to visiting them so what do I know. I found this 'Groove Belt,' which is pretty much a game changer for me. It has a magnetic buckle that has two heavy duty hooks built in to keep it from coming undone unless you intend to unbuckle it, the belt is also 'one size fits most' so you can adjust it to almost any size waist. You can choose to leave the slack intact so that it infinitely adjustable for as long as you own the belt or you can cut some of the slack if its bothersome. The belt even stretches with you when you bend over to work so it never feels uncomfortable when keeping it somewhat taunt when my shirt is tucked in for the workplace; like I said, a complete game changer for me. We stopped in the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they still had a great deal on the belt. It normally costs $60 but was marked down to $39, I probably should have bought two of these things but I wanted to see how long it lasts in my work environment, only time will tell. Since we were there shopping, we noticed they had great deals going on for BCG training attire and all Magellan clothing. I purchased several pairs of BCG shorts and workout pants and one Magellan top at 50% off which was a great deal. Staff here have always been super friendly and helpful and the store is kept immaculate. I highly recommend stopping in to check them out if you're in the area.

The company is owned by a gentleman named Doug and he's a one man band - he does it all. I recently needed to get some uniform shirts embroidered for work - I had purchased shirts from Doug previously and I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the garment and with the embroidery. So, when I needed some more shirts, he was the first person that I thought of. I dropped off two shirts that I had purchased else where for them to be embroidered. I was shocked when he said that it would be $10 for the two shirts. He told me they'd be done in a few days and they were! The embroidery is absolutely spot on and I could not be more impressed with the customer service that I received. I would definitely recommend Dougout Sportswear to any number of my friends!!
