They were very helpful and went out of their way to make the experience painless. Not only did they drive to another location to get us a replacement for the faulty tire, but they also got us two new used tires, and replaced the back two tires to make sure we were safe for our trip back. So my mother and myself came here for 2 vehicles, each had worn threads, and we needed to have them replaced. Ish had no issues opening the shop after he closed early (I guess for no business), and had apparently come all the way from Lexington. Props to him. The tires were replaced, no big deal there, pretty standard, and the car was actually driving better than before, so perfect. I believe even came time to balance the tires. My moms process had the same treatment. Then the chaos begins. Ish steps out of his boundaries to say "your wheel bearing is shot, we need to replace it." I knew, as my girlfriends father looked at my car. He was able to shake the wheel a little and told me the same thing. Something in me told me that Ish was not the guy for this, but where he charged 90$ for labor and the parts were to be found elsewhere, I had to buy into it. So we took the deal and proceeded forward. Pretty fire. Few days past, our parts are in, and Ish even extends the hand to say "hey, we'll put new lugs and studs on your car, you're missing some." My dude, that's so fire, let's do it. So not Ish, but a "mechanic" of his worked on my car, all seemed well until after the repair. Where the ABS was throwing an error on the dashboard, I felt extremely upset. Immediately, and with my lack of mechanical experience as I've only taken an auto class in high school, go eagles, I knew the ABS was probably disconnected, but I follow a great "you break it, you fix it." Which, in this beautiful example, I did not. So Ish knew he messed me up and referred me over to a friend in Lexington. Luckily, I was in the area and the buddy he referred me to was close by. His buddy found that the ABS was in fact disconnected and simply reconnected it. I also found that the original issue was the front motor mount that was making the sound that the wheel bearing was supposed to fix, but I wanted to ignore it, and think it was something less. But oh well! But the fun doesn't stop there, boys. My mom owns a Subaru, the one to be the safest in the market. After finding the ABS was throwing errors, I warned her not to get her brakes replaced by Ish, but she continues anyways. Momma knows best? (Love you mom, don't hurt me.) but then guess.. what? The "safest vehicle on the market" no longer has my mom feeling so safe because the car now shakes at 75 mph! Cool right? Unfortunately not because again, she doesn't feel safe, so again, Come for tires! Leave for service. :) Update: So Ish, such a kind gentleman. Offered to refund me my money to remove the Yelp review! Isn't that great? I think it's also called a bribe, so I'm glad to know a local business owner is willing to take shortcuts to make his business look good. Also your photos aren't real. I just had the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic at this store. I do not recommend,…read moreespecially for women. I went in asking to get my brake pads changed and my oil changed. I ended up requesting my fluids be changed too. They gave me a reasonable quote, and told me they would call if it were going to be any higher. They called an hour later, telling me that my front brake pads didn't need to be changed and it was going to be cheaper than my quote. When I went in, they showed me the quote I had signed then rang me up. They attempted to charge me twice the quote without saying anything. I asked, assuming there was a typo or a mistaken identity. They then told me that it was correct, and that I had to agree to pay an extra $600 for the parts (although the quote included the price of the parts). They initially told me the extra cost was for the brake pads, then said it was the fluids. They couldn't even confirm the entire forty five minutes whether the increase was for the pads or the fluids. They refused to charge me the original price, or something within $100 of it, until I told them I was an attorney. Equally bad, the manager acted like it was my boyfriend's car and asked for his confirmation any time I answered a question. It is my car, in my name, with my insurance. They looked at my license, and my account was connected to my phone number and an email including my name. My boyfriend wasn't there when I dropped the car off, he only took me to pick it up. He did not even come into the store until I had been arguing for a while. Until I told him I was a lawyer, the manager laughed at almost everything I said as if I were an idiot. You shouldn't have to be an attorney to not be stolen from.

My wife Judy and I developed a severe wobble/shake while traveling I75 North to see the Ark in KY. The shaking became terrible and a quick stop/glance revealed a left rear outer dual tire misshapen and looking strange. Turns out one or more of the belts in the tire had ruptured. Calling ahead Adam was ready to send a crew out roadside but I feared there were more having the same problem. We made it to there shop and they took us in. We had the same problem with the left front tire (Hankook LT225/75R16 E) the day before and had it replaced on the road. Now two more tires had gone bad with belt ruptures! I had Bill Morgan Tire replace all the remaining Hankook tires. The price was fair. The staff were excellent and I just cannot thank them enough for staying late to get us back on the road!
