shane is a nice guy had him put in new main support beam that supports main weight of my house…read morewhich is located in basement of 2story home which he said he had experience with this type of job , long story short he jacked my basement that supports my weight of my home too high and buckled my walls blew out my dry wall . He then lowered the house and he instead of replacing the dry wall he destroyed he patched it up and his work was horrible and instead of my wall being flush it now still bows out and has to be replaced . I was going to tell him to come back and make it right by replacing dry wall but ( He Knows it was shitty job ) but said he was done ?..... Don't pay him in advanced to do a job like I did CASH and be hesitant to hire him for any job related too foundation/Framing or drywall . Getting a drywall company to do what he should have done and still haven't decided cause I don't believe in sueing people (him) for the cost of repairs . It depends on what it will cost me undecided at this point JUST BEWARE of his quality of work .

Not urgent, and it ended up taking a month…read moreor so for them to get the jobs actually done, due to scheduling and weather, which was fine. I'm sure if I'd said it was urgent they'd have tried to come sooner. They came out a week or so after I called to check things out and give me a quote. That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.
