He looked at my x-rays, gave me the information I needed and I scheduled my surgery. The day off my surgery everything ran like clockwork. It actually may have taken longer to numb me than it did to remove my teeth. I was lucky because I did not need stitches. The healing process has been better than I expected and the care I received was top notch. If I grew four more wisdom teeth, I would totally come back here to have my procedure.

My first experience involved the booking of a cleaning when the hygienist was on maternity leave. I sat and waited for my appointment only to be informed of this by the dentist. When I told the dentist I was unaware and mainly booked the appointment for this reason she spoke with the office manager who lied to my face saying she did. I let out go because mistakes happen and just rebooked for a cleaning. My next experience was for a cleaning and a filling. After leaving the office I was flossing maybe 2 days after the appointment and I noticed a hole still in my tooth for the same area that was to be serviced for my filling. I called back and was given no apologies. Fast forward to today and I just had the same office manager yelling in the phone with myself and my health insurance in a very unprofessional way. She was telling me and the insurance that we were lying and is denying refunding my money. So not only has this affected me financially but I still have a cavity in my front tooth. I am livid! I never right reviews but I took the time to write this one. I will also be filling a grievance with my insurance company as well as the better business bureau. DentaLux is done getting chances from me. You just lost a potential customer for life.

The actual Dental work has been wonderful. Dr. Suh has been attentive to my comfort. Once pain was not an issue she completed work rather quickly compared to other Dentists I have utilized. I cannot be more thrilled with this Dentist and wish I had visited them at my last change of Dentists, I was considering it.

From the beginning, my crown was ill-fitting, yet instead of replacing it when I first raised concerns, they continued to delay any real solution. Because of this, a pocket formed in my gum that bleeds frequently--and now I'm being charged for the new crown needed to fix the issue they failed to address properly in the first place. The dentist's visits are very short, and he does not appear interested or invested in my concerns. He doesn't allow time for questions or for me to participate in my own treatment plan. It feels like it's his plan or none at all, which is extremely frustrating. Customer service is also poor. The front desk and staff show little interest in the patients, often speaking in an unpleasant manner and barely making eye contact. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and care has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.
