I had a textured crop with a mid fade that got too long. I asked for this hair style. The barber cut 70% of my hair. Gave me a buzz cut half way up my scalp on one side and cut the remaining of my hair to about an inch. Then proceeded to put an abundance of product in my hair to try to cover up his mistake. You could sense the insecurity when he asked "do you like it", twice. This is what my hair looks like with no product in it. No idea what you'd call this style. Unfortunately, he cut so much hair off that the only thing I can do is wait 2 months for it to grow out. There's no correcting this mistake. I'd only go here if you like wearing hats or lost a bet and need a f*** up hair cut. read more

Don't bring your little girls here. I get it, they specialize in men's hair. I've been meaning to get my daughter a trim and they had done a good job with my son before. I called in the morning and was told I had an appointment time with Kevin. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was told just a few minutes. My daughter and I went to the bathroom and I could here them arguing over who should do her hair. When I got out I was asked if I would be more comfortable going somewhere else. I know I should have left after that but then when that same person realized I had an appointment, they sent me back. The gentleman who did her hair was nice enough but he proceeded to cut her hair straight from an asymmetrical ponytail with two snips and he was done. He said he wouldn't charge but that's not the point. I would have gladly paid a normal hair cut price. If you don't want to cut little girls hair I completely understand, but don't make an appointment when it was very clear who I was bringing in. I decided on Flawless Cutz because they were the closest. And I'm so glad I did. Lorenzo was my barber, and he killed it. This is my 2nd review for Flawless Cutz and boy was there a huge change for the better. First off, I received an apology for my previous visit. We decided to "try again" so we made a visit and saw the two major changes that were completed: No Smoking in the building and postings inside and outside of the area. They even changed their music selection. We arrived with an appointment and our barber was Ivan. My 2 year old son felt really comfortable and Ivan did an excellent job. He is now our new barber for my 2 sons and husband. I recommend this place to all visitors and family! Just because people had a bad experience the first time doesn't mean it can't get better, I'm thankful that I gave this place another chance because now I have a great local barber that does an awesome job! I see everyone else's pictures here and they look great. The website sounds like they have an artistic approach and would be a perfect fit for what I wanted. I had pictures of exactly what I wanted. A clean fade with some linework. I had pictures of lotus lines but agreed to feminine lines similar to the picture of the fade I said I wanted. The guy had his hair shaved to his skin with a gradient above that that was very clean and nice looking with another thin line cut to the skin that outlined the base of his longer hairline. I uploaded my picture too so you can see the difference. I am really at a loss of words at how bad my hair looks now when pinned up. read more

First time being there was not so pleasant. The kid that was cutting my hair was not able to accept my method of payment (credit card) because the person In charge of the barbershop had already left for the night and did not leave access to the credit/debit card machine. One of the barbers wanted me to leave my license and go to Walmart to get cash. The senior barber's reason for me leaving my license was "Collateral". Then he wanted me to leave my phone since I refused to leave them my license which I didn't leave either. I was not going to leave ANY of my personal belongings with them and they couldn't force me to leave anything as it is not the customer's fault you are advertising a method of payment that is dependent on a specific person being there or not. If For any reason I was to get stopped by a police officer and then the officer was to ask for my license what would I have said to the officer, "sorry officer the barbershop has my license for collateral reasons"?? In that situation the barbershop wouldn't assume responsibility for a ticket related to me not having my license which would result in the haircut to be a very expensive one (ticket + haircut). As a business it was extremely unprofessional and the senior barber representing the business did not know how to handle the situation. Also adding to his collateral reason his comment was "bro it's the barbershop you know how it is"... well no I don't know how it is because on your website you are advertising the method of payments you accept which I was fully capable of executing. Regardless of what businesses it is that you are running customer service is very important, yet many barbers do not understand this and think they are exempt from it. read more

I really do not recommend this barbershop. I heard a few people talking about this place so I had to go check it out. I told the barber to give me a fade, instead he cut my hair super short when I specifically told him not to, the rest of the cut was also a mess. When I was discussing this with him he refused to believe that there was anything wrong and practically snached the money from my hands. The place smelled like weed and the bathrooms were nasty. The shop is not expensive but it is not worth it either. There are much better options so I honestly do not recommend going here. read more
