Absolutely the WORSE haircut in my entire life! I don't know…read morehis name but he has a full black beard. I asked for a low fade. Not even close!! He trimmed it down around the ears and left it with a "shelf" rather than a blend. Either he didn't like me or he was incompetent or on drugs. I paid $18 for the cut and gave him $22. When I got home and washed it I discovered the HORROR! Now I will have to go somewhere else to fix it.

When barber was applying product they were caressing my head in a very weird unprofessional manner. After this situation I left to another more professional barber shop to have my haircut fixed. After that I went back to The cut to talk to the manager to see if I could get my money back she proceeded to get in my friends face and started to put her fingers in his face snapping her fingers when he asked her polity to get out of his face she replied with no. She then continued to go inside and flick us off as we were walking away and called us "too broke to afford a haircut". Please do not waste your money going into this shop everyone there is very inexperienced and unprofessional. Below are the pictures from when we got our haircuts at "the cut" and the other pictures are when we went to another barber shop to get our cuts you can see a tremendous difference.

We asked for a haircut with a lightning bolt. Something being offered by another barber to another kid as we walked in. Barber we got said he didn't do those. Asked for something else, that was a problem too. He have very little interaction with ky son while cutting. We usually go to Enterprise barber or the Shop. Barber gave my son a nice cut although not anything near what we went in for. As I'm sitting there I see an atm machine. Realizing I only brought my credit card with me I ask "what methods of payment do you take" "only cash" I am scrambling to figure out what to do. He offers Zelle... I do not have Zelle. I'm scrambling for a good 30 minutes trying to find anyone that could pay them, as by this point my son already has been cut. This was a horrible experience and I will never return. If it said Cash only outside I would not have come in. This was embarrassing and infuriating. I see why yelp has tons of 1 star reviews.
