Service used to be great. My last few visits have been filled with sarcastic remarks/jabs... What a let down. Be careful with some of the staff if you come here and are socially awkward and/or anxious. They will definitely treat you differently and not in an accommodating way either. Their selection is limited compared to their sister stores, Patient Care First and Phenos. Both of which are not too far from this location. You get a fat discount if you live in Manteca and shout them out on social media since they got rejected for launching a dispensary in that town. The only good things here are the killer deals. Awesome dispensary, huge selection, super friendly staff - especially Melina C. who went out of her way to thoughtfully help me with the few issues I ever had here. Her customer service is honestly the best I have ever experienced and I am truly thankful for her assistance and understanding. The only thing I will say that isn't the greatest is that the selection of legitimate "indica" strains at this location are too few which is unfortunate because hybrid strains tend to trigger my anxiety and PTSD. That being said I hope they will increase their stock of pure indica strains that would be more user friendly for people like myself. I was uneasy being in a crowd of recreational users, many whom seemed to think irresponsibly for their actions using recreational marijuana. Many of these people had already been high and were driving cars. What a way to ruin everything for those of us that need it to fight our medical problems. I prefer to go to a dispensary where my medical conditions for chronic pain and chronic insomnia are addressed by a knowledgeble staff. Plus I'm not into all the FLAVORS they have for smoking or vaping. Over all this place didn't feel right to me. Hopefully this has changed for the owners of the business. This is one of my favorite spots to stop because the crew is so friendly. Unfortunately today wasn't that same experience. I was helped by a female in a red Bernie with tattoos and black hair who didn't even smile! Which hey it was morning so I considered maybe early start not so easy and asked about diamond indica waxes. She was BOLD and clear she had none. "I don't have any" . A whole case and fridge and not ONE INDICA?! So I in fact did say that. In all there there isn't one indica? The narrative changed and we found one. She said only one. At this point I didn't want to buy any further and asked when a shipment or restock would be in affect since they had NONE? " I dont know" was her response. In future business if your gonna share what you don't have in your stock pile you may be inclined to know when you will for customer return. Never felt so poorly treated by someone who was just inquiring to know more than I was being shown so I could give future business. Id rather go to phones to not see this girl that's how offended I was. She didn't count my change back and I had pulled some ones to give her as a tip and she walked away.!!!!! Walked away!! Let me know I got a 30 percent discount on the wax (special) and my change included tens because she didn't have any twenties In her drawer. I learned of Flavors through a subreddit and living in Manteca I thought it was worth giving it a shot. Heck, it's only 30 or so minutes away, so why not? First of all the place was packed on an early Sunday afternoon and that made me sigh an realize I just had to deal with it. I was able to bring in my military discharge paperwork on my next visit though and that changed my experience. Not only do veterans get a 10% discount off the already outrageously low prices, but there's a dedicated line fast tracking them to the counter. I was thanked for my service by each employee that greeted me, making me feel at home and appreciated. I was humbled by the experience and was grateful for the recognition and treatment. It really meant a lot. As far as their selection goes, they're hands down one of the best in the valley. 2 large walls and one smaller one contain just about every brand you can imagine. The only thing I couldn't find there were coldfire cartridges, but they carry ursa novas which are one of my favorites. I was also introduced to some new brands that I ended up loving. They even had my favorite kingroll pre roll 4 packs for $21.50 pre discount. To put that in perspective, they usually go from $30-$35 at most other dispensaries. That brings me around to pricing-literally the best you're gonna find in the valley. You'll be shocked by how much you can come out of there with compared to other dispos. We're talking 30%-40% less!I always walk out knowing I got the best deal I could find. Their prices are the same or lower than flowerco delivery. Product is still fresh too, so it's not like they're pushing older stuff for a discount. At least nothing I've bought has been old or outdated. To sum it up, this is the best dispensary in the valley, especially with the way they treat veterans. It's my go to spot from now on, even with it being 30 minutes away and further than my regular spots. Parking seems ample even though it can get busy during certain hours. I had been going to this dispensary consistently for over two years every week or so and I purchased a cartridge from them a couple days ago but when I started smoking the cartridge the glass of the cartridge cracked and when I brought it in they told me it looked like I dropped it and said their was nothing they could do about it. Gave Flavors a visit a few weeks ago on the advice of a friend and was blown away at the quality of the whole experience. I pre-registered online so I didn't have to wait or take up extra time at the front desk, (a great happy little coincidence was that Flavors is right down the street essentially from my house, probably a 5 minute drive away!) the lady who was working reception was very professional and quick at her job, and she gave me a first time visitors 30% off discount which was really awesome. When I opened the adjoining doors to where the action was, I was real deal like a kid in a candy shop! It was funny because it was almost like a commercial or something from t.v., this really beautiful lady was on the other side of the door and she was smiling this beautiful smile at me and saying something but I couldn't make it out exactly so I just smiled back and walked to the line. The music was really great and on point for the vibe/atmosphere inside and I seriously felt like wow, this is exactly what I was HOPING the scene would be like at a place like this. Did I mention this was my first time ever at a club?? It was and I was just totally in awe at the amount of products and helpful staff that were working like little happy worker bees at the hive inside. A hispanic guy in a purple hat helped me and he was very nice and professional at his job. He helped me figure out which edibles to try for my first time and steered me right in the direction I had described to him that I was looking to go.. I went in the other day on Memorial Day. Picked up some moxie dart cartridges. One of them worked while the other didn't even sit well nor hit. I took it in to ask for an exchange or refund or what can we do about this and was told my pod was tested and worked yet when the employee was told how the pod was tried prior and did not work the employee proceeded to say "if it stops working or doesn't work bring it in" the staff at flavors behind the counter are completely rude, sarcastic and not helpful or sympathetic at all.
