Let me preface this review by stating that I am most certainly NOT some party-going recreational…read moredrug user. I am a person in long term recovery, and for me that means I no longer partake in self-destructive behaviors or substances that destroy my life, in order to deal with my feelings and life's circumstances.
I have been active in the recovery community in my local area for years, and then began phasing out my PHARMECEUTICAL anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications and replacing them with natural and holistic approaches, rather than conventional. My journey led me away from the comfort of traditional "recovery," and left me, at many times, truly alone on my path.
I've started a recovery community that's based on helping people regardless of the medication they take, focusing on our real life issues and the need for fellowship rather than trying to judge another person because they drink coffee or smoke cigarettes and "I don't do that anymore, thank God!"
Through all of this, and without knowing any of this, TCCG Corporation has been vital to my recovery, and in turn, my ability to spread a message of hope and healing to the many more like me.
Many more with cancer, AIDS, epilepsy, or other ailments,
Many more with real and severe depression, anxiety, eating disorders, or that
seek to detox opioid and other pharmaceutical medication that doctors and other hallowed institutions have heaped upon them
with all the blessings of society's acceptance and the ever fatal trap that entails, masking true addiction and real destruction with tradition and denial.
Because I have a safe, professional means of donating and acquiring the medicine that keeps me sane, healthy and off of illicit drugs,
I don't have to risk my safety in an illegal drug transaction, or maybe even get shot incidentally due to adjacent illegal activity
Because my fiancé doesn't have to choke down depecote anymore,
she doesn't have to have her serum levels checked three times a week
she doesn't have ammonia toxicity giving her stroke symptoms,
we don't have to wait in the er for more pills that are only going to give her hours of a false euphoria
even that tainted by the horror of impending withdrawal, ever increasing tolerance
and the looks of disbelief and disdain from family, friends, strangers in the street...
and the very nurses and doctors thinking they are so different... the very people who several visits before thought nothing to shove the pills down her throat because she was in pain...
Because of TCCG,
all we have to do is call. I can't remember the last time they were late, and never have they misplaced my order.
I would write of all the extra goodies they drop in my bag, but it's just par for the course.
today it was a jar of medical tea, last time it was organic wraps, before that, BBQ sauce - always something to appreciate the collective.
When you call, their staff ALWAYS takes the time to explain the menu to you, which is ever changing and always has something new to try,
They always work out a donation that is more than fair, never do I find myself being offered things I don't need or being steered in a direction that smells like financial incentive. NEVER.
In fact, I usually end up donating a little less than I thought.
Last but not least I want to mention, what is merely MY PERCEPTION.
It seems to me, that anybody that has been medicating with cannabis for any length of time is aware that towards the end of a "batch" or amount of cannabis, there are smaller flowers and leafs that aren't as "pretty," per se, but just as good.
Usually, any vendor will simply pass that on to the consumer as a matter-of-fact, this is how it is, facet of needing medical cannabis.
TCCG is of such high moral standing and ethical integrity that they instead provide the option for members to donate for these specific "bottom-of-the-bag" portions,
and as many people with our infirmities often share financial struggles as well,
The effect of an organization going out of their way to make that option available, is priceless. This is the change we need in our ethics and practices at every level, in every business.
I feel completely taken care of, and the only regrets I have....
is not writing this review sooner.
I hope that your experience is only more of the same.
Namaste!
